Second time getting pizza from Sugar Bears and it was even better than the first..this pizza was slightly crispier and I’m a fan of that. The pizza is thin crust and cut patty style for anyone interested. The garlic bread and sauce is also really good, the sauce reminds me of Pizza Hut from back in the day. I’ve had the same cashier both times and she has always been really friendly. Definitely going to be going here more in the future.

Lets start with saying I grew up eating Kristis but I like Sugar Bears much more! My kids whom had never had it ate almost a whole large to themselves and asked if we had more! The sauce is so good You can taste the sweetness with a light tangy spice after taste and you can almost taste the beer in the pizza dough! We loved it, case closed!

We found this place when we were looking for some good pizza and another local spot had over an hour wait. We had the meatzza pizza and garlic bread with cheese and sauce. Truly one of the top 3 pizzas I have ever had! The pizza had a ton of toppings and came out super hot and fresh. 10/10 recommend!!

I LOVE this pizzeria ! Everything they make here is so, so good! If my budget and my waistline would allow it, I swear I'd eat here every single weekend. The restaurant looks rough from the outside as it apparently used to be an old Arthur Treachers or something like that, and the inside is ....oh boy how do I describe the inside? Small, kind of weird, kind of crappy, but you won't care because the smell of that pizza is so stupid good that you could probably be sitting in a wet cardboard box and be just fine as long as they brought you their pizza! There are fun little board games and coloring pages for the kids to occupy themselves with while you wait. You have to navigate an impossibly small gravel parking lot that is packed to the gills on Friday and Saturday nights in order to park and pick up your pizza because there is no pickup window (well there is but it's broke and it's not likely they'll ever get it fixed unless they find someone who can fix things on a tar paper shack). They frequently mess up orders and it seems to take an obscenely long time to get your food but believe me when I say, THAT DOES NOT MATTER BECAUSE ONCE YOU TASTE IT, YOU'RE DONE, BATTLE'S OVER, YOU WONT GIVE A CRAP HOW LONG YOU WAITED FOR IT BECAUSE ITS JUST THAT DAMN...

Called today around 2:00 to place an order for pick-up at 5:15. Arrived early at 4:50. knowing we were early. What we ordered were just being made, no problem. We were early. When the order was done. They "lost"one of our pizzas, so we had to wait while they made a new one. It is now 5:30.when that pizza was done, one of the staff, picked up both of our pizzas and gave them to another person! A manager ran outside to the park ing lot and stopped them. She got them out of the trunk of this person car and brought the pizzas back inside and just handed them to us. Does anyone else see a health code violation here? She only apologized for our wait which by now its 5:45. After we got home and called to complain, they finally agreed to a refund. Seriously BAD customer service not to mention a health code violation. NOT ever...

Food was good, make sure you call ahead and order it to go. Given how high the reviews were I was overall disappointed. The shop was not prepared for us to want to dine in, and the woman actually seemed annoyed that we hadn't ordered ahead when we wanted to dine in. Tables were dirty, and there was no table service at all beyond the kitchen staff bringing out the food. When we went back up to the register looking for napkins she said we walked away to soon for her to give us any. When we asked for a box for what we had not eaten the lady acted like it was a huge inconvenience and wanted to know what size we ordered and how much was left, eventually giving us a sized down box that was a bit of a pain to fit the leftovers in. TL/DR : Food good, the experience...
