Downtown Fruit Passion — Restaurant in Hocking Township

So I literally loved this place was ordering religiously from their exceptionally with being vegan it's convenient I encountered in issue with door dash and all I wanted was someone to help me receive my money back with the order I was charged for and didn't receive instead I spoke to a disrespectful child of a manager she sounded like she was 16 maybe completely disrespectful no respect was taught to this child as a manager there is many ways to go about how to handle customers when they are frustrated I don't do the disrespect I called in because I was charged for something I didn't order nor did I receive the manager lied and said she tried to reach out to me but it said my phone wasn't working that's a lie I've been getting phone calls all day not one issue then as I sat and listened to what she had to say when I tried speaking she interrupted me and said if you would let me speak with so much attitude mm then she ended the call in my face when i called back i was angry exteremly upset she was yelling on the phone so i got angrier these children have no respect and before you make someone manager please make sure it's not someone costing you customers never been so angry in my life in the future train your managers how to be managers this order was for my sick child who finally decided to eat just to not receive the order then get disrespected in the process instead of helpjng me completely resolve the issue she kept saying we didny get the money call doordash idk whatto tell you i called them call door dash uncalled for and for this i will never go back there ever ever again there is 2 more stores like this in lancaster and just as good and cheaper i came here out of loyalty...

Walmart delivers all the groceries for this place. Soup, Salads, frozen fruit, fresh fruit, all the milk types. I don't know about you, but I NEVER trust a restaurant that doesn't purchase from a restaurant wholesale. It makes bad business sense, and that makes me question other decisions. It also explains the crazy prices and recent markups.

If you honestly believe that Walmart produce (that takes time in shipping as it's prepared elsewhere) is the freshest produce around... you are sadly mistaken, and this thought process is obviously the issue here. Also, YOU do not shop daily. You get groceries delivered by a Walmart employee, which is what I said. Walmart does not get their produce delivered daily.
