I ordered 2 small roast beef, sliders, and step to the side. Two Caucasian males came up after me and ordered 2/2 pounder roast beef sandwiches after 10 minutes, which is very slow when it has five people back there working their orders came up. Still no too small roast beef sliders I go up to the register and I speak to Rico, who is such a sweet, kind guy, and he was trying to be so helpful and understanding as he Too noticed that the Caucasian customers were receiving their food while myself still do not have the small sliders. I walk up to the counter and I stated so 2/2 pounders can come out before two roast beef sliders that I ordered 10 minutes ago. Everyone at that restaurant knew exactly what that short Caucasian manager was doing one of the men who had their sandwiches in their bag. Apologize to me for what the manager at Arby’s was doing to me. I will be calling corporate. She did give me my refund for my two small roast beef sliders but with an attitude like I’m wrong for wanting my small sandwiches before she ran back there and made those 4/2 pound roast beef sandwiches. Always good to have a fresh cooked cheese sticks and a orange cream milkshake. The sandwiches are always good. Plus for all you Truck Drivers hauling a load local or from coast to coast you always have Loves Truck Stop connected to Arby's or vise versa but you can refill your Tractor or in need of mechanic work on you truck you can get it plus a nice hot shower along with stocking up on all your needs for traveling in tractor or car. Full if all types of drinks and food and snacks. Some new GPS equipment or new CB Radio. Clothes and jackets. Whatever you need you can probably get it there along with a full menu from Arby's. They were quick on getting the food out and everyone in the back was working good except one of the ladies ringing people up and taking orders. She was rude and had an attitude from the start. She put in the wrong items even after being told 3 times, when we told her that she put the wrong things in she just said yeah and walked away and we had to ask her for our right order just for her to give it to us. She didnt give us our money back for what was a couple dollars more than what we should’ve payed and when we got our order, we were missing a fry.
