UPDATE: June 2022 - Still a 1 star review. If you are going to eat there now you have to go through the drive through . I've been twice in the last couple of weeks, and the door is locked - not due to the C virus but due to apparently lack of staff. It was 90+ degrees outside and me with my multiple health issues, including COPD, had to eat in a hot car. Good grief, pay better, whatever, but hire some people! It is cruel to not let people in to eat. Hardly anyone came during the time I sat in my very old car, which does not stay cool when idling, not to mention the wasted nearly $5 gas! Will definitely eat at home from now on.
If you like your order to be wrong, this is the place for you! I would never go back except we live in tiny Greenville, and there aren't many places to go eat nearby.
I just ate a hamburger I brought home that was drowned in mayonnaise and ketchup when my order was - Only pickles, only onion, which it clearly says on the receipt. This is twice in one week! And it has happened so many times - I have had to take my hamburger back twice in one visit while eating there due to mayonnaise! I am so tired of it happening so frequently. They just put what they want on - last time they added a tomato too along with the ketchup and mayonnaise.

Read moreMy family & I decided to eat at this Wendy's in Hogansville, GA after being out of town all day. We were in a RV with a 40' enclosed trailer attached, so clearly we could not go thru the drive thru. My wife, son, & his girlfriend walk up to the dining room door where there is sign attached to the door that stated the dining room was open till 8 pm, it was 6:52 pm. The dining room door was looked & the staff just looked at them & did nothing. Finally a staff member came to the door after about 10 minutes & said we could go to the drive thru window to place our order. When we got to the drive thru window, the staff just kept looking at us, talking smack about us & saying how stupid we were for coming to the drive thru window. The same staff member that opened the door finally opened the window in the drive thru, only to tell us to step aside so the drive thru customer could be served because that customer was on a timer & we were not. The staff was very rude & all of them need to be re-trained on customer service skills. My family will never eat at this Wendy's again. Several truck drivers walked across the street from the truck stop & were not served as well. We took our business to another restaurant where the customer service was...
Read moreStopped in while passing through for lunch with my family. Maybe 5 cars in the drive through and we went inside where it was kind of busy but nothing crazy. As we were standing in line to order, you could hear the manager yelling at the employees. The manager looked very flustered like they had never been busy before and didn’t know what to do. Then after a few more minutes the manager ordered the cashier to quit taking orders. Literally told her until they “Catch up” they are not taking orders. The people in front of us left but my family stupidly waited. Then as we waited and several others behind us. The manager and all employees just looked dumbfounded like the works was collapsing around them. It was crazy because it wasn’t even that busy. The drive through wasn’t either. Then the crazy manager actually forced an employee to lock the doors to the restaurant so nobody could get in to order. After around 15 minutes we were finally able to place our order. But then other customers came in, I believe a customer leaving let them in the locked door. The employees refused to serve them. It was craziest stuff I had seen. It was around 1pm on...
