The steak and cheese sub is sublime and fantastic. Came back the next day so my kid could have one too, and it was just as good. I ordered the Italian beef this time, and while the flavor was perfect, and the ingredients were fantastic, it was served on the same undersized roll as the steak and cheese, and it was basically a casserole. I tried to lift the sandwich out of the tray, and the two pieces of bread, simply came out in my hands, leaving the rest of the ingredients sitting on a piece of soggy bread, which was stuck to the tinfoil. This was extremely disappointing, as I could not actually eat a sandwich. I had to get a fork and knife and literally eaten my sandwich as a casserole. Note that I’m still giving this Place five stars, because I talked with the order for a bit and the food is fantastic. They just need to fix the way they serve the Italian beef sandwich. I LOVE the food. The hand tossed pizza is incredible. The Detroit style isn't Buddys but is head and shoulders better than Jets or any other options in the area. The meatball sub might be the best meatball sub I have ever had!!! The only problem we have is their online ordering. When we placed the last few orders it tells us it'll be 25 minutes. All three of those times 30 minutes later we get a message saying our order has just been accepted and it will be 35 minute. 45 minutes later we got messages that it was ready. An hour and 15 minutes is too long to wait when the online order screen tells us 25 minutes. I get things have to cook, there are certainly other orders and it's kinda a small space. But if it's going to take an hour an fifteen minutes tell us that when we order. Unfortunately I have been told the last time this happened we had to remove them from our dinner options. GREAT...

I’ve been here 3 times now and it’s been incredible each time. People rave about their Detroit-style and while I agree it is the best locally hands-down (perhaps in all of West Michigan), the thin crust pizza is also incredible. I’ve poked around the menu and it’s hard to go wrong. The meatballs as an appetizer/ side are stellar and the sandwiches are top-notch. I’ve had the Angry Italian which was excellent and I made my own Hawaiian-style pizza. The ingredients are fresh and delicious and the quality has been consistent every time.

The staff is always super friendly and greets you when you walk in the door and the atmosphere is great. A lot of local businesses get by because people like supporting local but this business seriously is just better than the competitors and checks all the boxes.
