Burger King — Restaurant in Hollister

Poorly run, even with management present. Sat at the drive thru window for 3 minutes, shouting for SOMEONE. I ordered at the speaker and when I got to the window, the manager, a short, stocky, middle aged, Hispanic man, with thinning dark hair was eating an apple at the front counter while chatting it up with an employee cleaning the dining room and another female employee. I can only assume because of the lack of headset, that the second employee was off the clock(?) Or on break because she was just leaning on the counter talking and laughing, not working. He asked me if I needed to order but never apologized for the wait. He still charged me for my order and again, I waited for it to be made(2 soft serve cones). A 3rd employee came, (she had a headset) and served my cones with bare hands and no napkins. I asked for. Napkins, and she obliged. The she said, "Have a good night!" and immediately slammed shut the window. I never received a receipt. Transaction was approximately...

This place is always scamming!!! It might not seem like a big deal but they always make my double cheeseburgers with one slice of cheese And no one ever EVERERRRR gets back to me even though I have complained about it numerous times. And now this? You're literally stealing my money!!!!! It was supposed to take the balance off of the crown card... That didn't happen. Can someone please respond to me for once. Your customer service sucks it really does. The employees in the store are nice , But this is ridiculous. I leave messages on the app all the time....

12/21/21: Update! Not too crazy about this placed tonight, I just gave my burger to my dog, she’ll eat it cold, not me. The fries were cold, almost room temperature, so my house is at 60 deg; the burger was cold, meat, bacon and also the 8 pc of nuggets. So not only did spend $15+change, I waited in drive-thru easily 40 min- ridiculous to bring the order for my dog. Oh and the drink a Sprite Zero, you should try so they serve you a tall cup of carbonation with a hint of lime,...
