End of the Trail All-American Wine Cellar — Restaurant in Hollister

You have to visit the wine cellar if you're at Top of the Rock! If you are heading out to the chapel you'll walk right through the wine cellar but definitely stop for wine, whiskey or a beer. Amazing bartender was so much fun and so friendly and knowledgeable. I do wish they had a better way of keeping the glass door exit to the chapel closed, as it was cold out and the bartender kept having to go over and close it. It's very difficult to find a spot that has so much to offer in this part of the Midwest. We had a wonderful evening at this lower level venue at Top of the Rock at Big Cedar. Wine and Bourbon selection is outstanding, as well as the hosts conversation and engagement.
