I am obsessed with this place. It's two blocks off my route to work and when I first discovered it, I visited 5 times in 7 days. There are books! And caffeine! All in one place! I am not a coffee drinker and am very particular about my chai latte (it has to be spicy); Coffee Haven has the best chai I've had since moving to New England six years ago. The staff is really kind and the food is delicious (Here Comes the Boom is bombbbbbb). Today I got the raspberry crumb cake and the person behind the counter told me they love selling it to people because it goes quickly and it's so good. I just took a bite and I think my eyeballs rolled back into my head because - yep - it's so good. I absolutely love Coffee Haven. My two best friends (who love coffee and books) are visiting in a few months and I can't wait to take them here. Also, I think it speaks very highly of a place that there are ALWAYS families here. The staff isn't as friendly as they used to be and there's a new emphasis on ordering ahead which kinda takes the heart out of things, too.
Will we still go here? Once in a while, but not three out of five mornings like we used to.
Old review: Another great local joint in Holliston. Good coffee and a open, fun environment with great music. The sugar donuts are a particular favorite...

I have been coming here for a couple years now, to get my morning coffee and ocassionaly breakfast sandwiches (which were always really delicious and well priced). The friendly, cozy atmosphere cultivated by the previous owners is greatly missed. It was a charming, small coffee shop with books and tasty treats - and you could tell right away it was loved by all. Now, after the recent re-open under new management it lost it's uniqueness, pleasant atmosphere and heart. You are now greeted by half-filled shelves, blank walls, and a very noisy refrigerated display case which probably discourages most from lingering longer than necessary. I hope with time and feedback this shop can improve and gain back it's customers, but for now I'd rather...
