Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Holly Township

PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES BEWARE!!! This is by far the worst hungry howies, customer service wise, out there. They have messed up my order pretty bad in the past, but against my better judgement, I went back about 8 months later. My husband has an allergy to tomatoes, therefore cannot have pizza sauce on his pizza. I ordered their $10 large with 2 toppings, and asked for Chicken and onion, no pizza sauce sub BBQ sauce (explaining that the substitution was due to my husbands food allergy). I was told this was not doable, but I could buy the BBQ chicken pizza, take off the bacon and it would be $15!!! So, wait, you want me to pay $5 extra to get BBQ sauce on my pizza?! I had ordered another pizza as well for myself WITH red sauce, and tried to explain to them that I was not making this up, my husband really is allergic and that is why I have to purchase 2, but am not paying $5 for them to drizzle some sauce on it. I asked them to cancel my order and that I would go somewhere more accommodating to someones allergies , and the response was "ok, it's been cancelled, thanks for calling Hungry Howies" CLICK.

Needless to say, I did call another pizza place in Fenton, and without hesitation, they accommodated my husbands allergy and the pizza was amazing! I'd rather drive out of town to get pizza, then EVER deal with those people...

The only bad thing is is the site horrible. I have tried to order online several times and each time I can't. There's always an issue so I end up ordering on as a guest therefore not earning my points. This time the young man in the store was nice enough to apply it once I got there. And I called and order and explain to him that I had tried to order it when I called to check if it was ready they said they'd never got the order. I had to reorder it when I picked it up he then applied my points but this was the 1st time they ever did that for me I should have many many points it already received things however that's not happened in the last 4 years. They need to get that site fixed for people can earn their credit and earn their points that's not fair to ongoing customers. Also wish they would put beets on the Greek salad without charging. I didn't have one beet and that showed that head pay extra for beets Greek salad should always...

Ordered around 5:30 pm and the person on the phone said that it would take about 30 minutes we waited and waited waited and then it’s now 6:25 and I see the driver outside of my house I wave and then he turns the car around and floors it. So we call them and they said he forgot the pizza, then we wait and now it’s 6:30 and the delivery guy goes to the wrong house so I yell across my yard and say hey it’s over hear. Then he gives me our pizza then I think everything’s all right but nope I open the pizza and it’s the completely wrong one then seconds later I hear banging on my window!? I look and it’s the delivery driver and he says sorry I gave you the wrong pizza can I have it back and the receipt so I give it back and he drives recklessly away. I am astonished at how bad my service was, this is unacceptable I won’t be...
