VERY poor service at this location. I come here often, being that it's very close to where I live and work, and I'd say that probably 90% of the time I end up with extremely poor service. Nothing but rude & lazy employees working here, and any time I try to order a breakfast sandwich they will say that they're out of something and can't make it. This last visit I made today was the final straw for me. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and they said sorry we just stopped serving those. Sign says 5pm and it was only 4:45! I said ok well then let me get a spicy chicken sandwich, which of course now they are out of chicken she says! This literally happens 4 out of 5 times, and I'm pretty sure they were NOT out of whatever they said they were each time... This happens way too often for it just to be a coincidence. They just hate making any of the sandwiches since it requires far too much time and effort. So I just ended up ordering a carmel iced capp supreme as usual and they gave me a plain iced capp with just whipped cream on it, which of course happened to be piled 4" over top of the lid so that I could wear it in about 30 seconds once it starts to melt! It didn't have any of the carmel flavoring they're supposed to add, nor did it have any real carmel over top of the whipped cream (although this time I was glad since that really would've been a mess). Every single time I order one of these it is made differently, as if there were 80 different variations of a Carmel ICS. I also love how almost any time that I stop here in the evenings or in the middle of the night they are usually out of the majority of their doughnuts and I have to settle for some bland tasting stale bagel or something. Let's just put it this way, I've had way better experiences at their ghetto Pontiac or Detroit "hood" locations where usually you're even lucky to come across an employee that can count! I love Tim Hortons but Jesus Christ does this location ever lack common sense and courtesy... Get it together...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I go to this specific location, they're always out of something. Every visit is always something. Honestly, I believe most of those employees are just making excuses. I've been told numerous different times that they don't have bacon. I've been told they don't have turkey. I've been told their ice cap machine is down. I've been told I can't special order my bacon (which other Tim Hortons has no problem doing), or that they dont have any bread to make the bacon turkey sandwich. Ive been told I cant get an extra shot because the machine is down (which maybe this could be true but isnt a shot of vanilla from a pump jug?) I've been told that lunch doesnt start until Noon but all other surrounding Tim Hortons serves lunch at 10am. For the amount of times I've been at this location in Waterford on Walton and Dixie, it's honestly annoying now. I'm done going there. I believe it boils down to the fact that the employees there are incompetent with their job with having to lie to the customer. She wouldn't give me the main managers name so I could call tomorrow to get some kind of resolution & she hung up on me. I believe I was over charged they charged me singley for each item just because I didn't want egg on my sandwich. The sandwich was cold & the hash brown was cold. The lady said she would refund me if I brought it back. I'm sorry I was on my way to work & was not going to leave a sandwich stinking up in my car all day to bring it back on my way home for a refund. The lady in charge was very incompetent & did not handle the situation in a professional way what so ever. I will never come back to this Tim Hortons ever again. Not the first time my order was cold either. Also funny I accidentally called the Tim Hortons up the road & the manager there said they are always getting complaints about this Tim Hortons, obviously calling the wrong one.
