Taco Bell — Restaurant in Holmen

I understand that this is indeed a fast food restaurant and shouldnt expect 5 star level service. But all year i have similar issues that leave this particular tbell that just leave a bad taste in my mouth. Had tbell last week and my daughters taco had a small piece of plasic in it while mine had a bit of paper. Not a lot but enough to notice. I also have issues where the tacos have practically nothing on them. barely any meat and virtually no veggies or cheese. i almost always get a chili cheese burrito and its almost always 90% tortillia and 8% chili with 2% cheese. If you get any normal burritos if you look you'll see you get maybe half the ingredients required to make said burrito and they instead used a taco shell wrapped in a burrito shell to give you the illusion youre getting a burrito. And the final tidbit. Every other time theres always something missing out of my order and ive given up going back and having them correct it. The simplist thing ive done is started driving the extra 10 minutes to the one in onalaska wi to get better quality food.and service becauee here in holmen all you pay for is no meat and...

I've been here multiple times only because it's close by and on the way home. Most of the time food is okay and service is meh. A couple of times food has been crap but service has been even worse. On two separate occasions now I've ordered through the drive-through and driven up to the window. The first time the girl didn't even greet me or bother to say Ty after I paid. She just basically took my payment and gave me the food. The last time another guy said absolutely nothing also. No hello or thank you at all. Its like their unhappy to have a job and their even more unhappy that you're there helping keep them employed. He even gave me an annoyed look when I asked for the tap to pay terminal. I'd rather go elsewhere for crappy food, at least I can actually get some better customer service experience...

I am a regular at this Taco bell and usually always order 1 cheesy gordita crunch, with chicken instead of beef. I have consistant problems on this absolutely simple order. For Example, I ordered this and received half chicken half beef which would kill someone with beef allergy. Another example came today when I ordered and received my taco, it was completely dry and didn't have any sauce inside the taco that it normally does. The atmosphere and vibe are always completely off when I pull up to the drive thru window, constantly greeted with workers giving 1 or two word responses during their interactions. I was even shorted money at one point which I understand, but no sense of accountability was shown, as I left without any sort of "sorry...
