Baker's Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Home Gardens

Grew up going to bakers. However, life happened and my family and I moved away for a bit. Now that we live back in area, last night I decided to go to bakers. I spent $70 for 3 burgers, 2 fries, 2 loaded potato fries, chili fries, taco salad, taco and 3 drinks. By the time we got home, the burgers were cold had absolutely no flavor, patties were thinner than a piece of paper and the lettuce was mush. The fries were absolutely mush and cold, taco salad had no chips or lettuce, taco was basically thrown into a wrapper without care. When I opened it, nothing was even inside the shell. Loaded fries 😂😂 if you want to call it that were far from loaded. Chili fries were basically a complete joke. To put salt on the wound. All that food and $70 later they gave me 5 ketchup packets and 1 straw. Like seriously bakers, you'd think after someone spends that much money at your establishment that you'd be a bit more generous on ketchup and straws! Hard times for bakers I suppose! Oh And lastly, please higher people with a personality and that are polite. The people working inside had the personality of a rock! They had an attitude of like they could care less of anyone and gave a vibe like they didn't want to be there. The lady handing me my food was the rudest person I have dealt with in months. I was so upset at my experience at this Bakers from a vegetarian perspective. My local Bakers (in Upland off Euclid and Foothill) offers multitudes of Vegetarian options with veggie burgers and vegetarian 'shredded beef' which you can get in tacos, burritos or quesadillas etc. My whole family is vegetarian or vegan and we have really relied on Bakers as our go to fast food because of the options they present over all other fast food joints. This Bakers had nothing vegetarian wise and the service sucked as well...as if they absolutely hated their lives and wished they could have been anywhere else, which was probably actually true, but didnt make them anymore pleasant to deal with. This place has forgotten to give me my fries a couple time . On Jan 16 2021 I got home and low and behold no fries . I called them and of course no answer and left a message . Next day spoke to someone at corporate and said she would have the store get back to me .Never heard back so been calling no answer and left more voicemails . I now have called 5 times and today someone at the Bakers actually answered and said its been to long since I was in . I told her I been calling and the manager said I have to call corporate . WOW !
