This place has dodged my calls for the past two days now. I ordered an $100 order on a Friday night. Expected at 7:45-8:05. At about 8:30 we called to ask where the order was since we had guests over. They told us that they didn’t know how to make the barbecue pizza that was ordered with no sausage. He explained that he called twice to a number that we weren’t by and asked us if we want a substitution twice. I said on the phone “well after the second call wouldn’t you just follow the instructions on the order”. He said no. If we wouldn’t have called we wouldn’t have gotten our pizza. Upon receiving the order we were highly disappointed as the ranch that was ordered with the wings wasn’t there. The garlic sauce wasn’t there. Also a sub sandwich that was requested without tomato’s at tomato’s and there was an allergy too with that. (The sub sandwich was put on an Italian roll that the beef sandwiches would be made with) The wings weren’t actually wings. They were chopped up chicken breasts covered in barbecue sauce. The stuffed crust pizza had no sauce and was so dry. They have dodged my calls last night and this morning 5 times. The only thing that was slightly decent was the bbq pizza. I want a refund or credit or something.

But I will leave 1 star, should be 0 stars, as this should have been handled like a business, maybe it would have been, if I got a manager immediately, and not a boy who delivers pizza to wrong address, and responds not like a man who made a mistake and acknowledges it, but as a boy, who when is criticized for his mistakes, blames others. Like my neighbor, who probably should have had more questions, but pizza was supposed to be delivered to Chris. I am Chris. His son, is also Chris. Popular name amongst Christians/ Catholics. But I do not believe his son was home, and the father, the owner of the house assumed his son had a pizza sent over. So honest mistake. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from here. I ordered a pizza with the directions written exactly as seen in quote “half pepperoni, half mushroom and onion please”. The pizza delivered had all the toppings on one side, and the other was cheese. I called to inform the restaurant and request a remake and the manager was beyond disrespectful saying I was wrong and refusing to correct the mistake. He was BEYOND rude on the phone so my boyfriend and I drove there to return the pizza in person. The manager continued to blame me for not typing the right directions, and continued to refuse to correct their mistake (and mistakes are fine, just correct it?). He then pulled out an order with the “correct” way to order a pizza, which wound up being typed “half x, half y” (typed the EXACT same way as ours).
Needless to say, he was trying to make us out to be the bad guy. Kept blaming us for not ordering the “right” way. He was arguing with us and refusing to help us. All we wanted was a damn pizza with the correct toppings. It was not complicated at all. Completely disrespectful, absolutely rude.
