I have a rescue Rottweiler. Now I have been at this location for a few times and have had no problems with the self service dog wash. I always call before I bring him in to see how crowded it is. I take every precaution because he likes people but can not be trusted with other dogs. So when I was in there on 2/28 got everything set up before I brought him in. I pay first get the towels and put my stuff in the last stall. Well I am almost done and this women walks up and I had asked her to please wait till I was done with my dog. I do this for the safety of everyone. Well she said she would wait and I said thank you. I was hurrying up because I know she was and other people were waiting to do there dogs as well. Well as I am almost finished she started to harass me, stating that I should not own that breed of a dog that I should not bring him out. Well sorry to say I went off on her. I told her to keep her opinion to herself and to mind her own business. Then she started to say that no one should own these types of dogs. I turned around and I stated to her so these types of dogs should to euthanized? I told her she was an idiot and these needs to stop harassing me. Sure I was taking up 2 spots I admit that but this person was clearly not in her right mind. Oh and before that she smacked her dog in the walk way. So needless to say I will no longer be shopping at this store because of disrespectful people. I take my dog into petsmart for grooming and he is such a good dog. Jumps right up on the grooming table to get his nails done. I think that maybe even though this is a first come first serve facility maybe set up appointment times so this does not happen to other people. She clearly was rude, disrespectful and not a nice women. One last note, the cashier gave my dog a treat and he gave her a big kiss. So if you have cameras set up go back and watch how he kissed her. Read moreUPDATE* I recieved a follow up call from the manager and I gave them another chance and since then; everyone as been extremely helpful and nice. Julie has helped me with some returns when I do not have my receipt, we even had some small chats. My go to for my animals supply! I been coming here almost two years (not other pet supplies plus stores).
I went here last week and got AMAZING customer service and gave my 5 star feedback. I asked for pre order monthly of my dog food. The woman that placed the order got my information and she suggested I call 2 weeks prior to make sure the food is in. I pick up my dog food my first visit, I would need it for next month. Julie called me and informed me the food was ready and I informed her I did not need the food this month for I got a bag but will need next month. She ARGUED with me of the miscommunication and asked me to make sure what I wanted next time in related to pre order food!! I tried disconnecting the call before it got worse and I informed her I do not want to write you a bad review and just let the conversation go! She ask me to buy the food online (from the brand), and insist I talk to the manager! Read moreMy pup received grooming service from Teri at this location. She had a terrible attitude at pick up. When I mentioned that her belly was uneven, she got extremely rude and grabbed my dog and put her on the table and yelled at her to stop moving. After coming home, we noticed my dog wasn’t able to turn her head to the right. After lightly touching her neck, my dog started yelping. We took her to the clinic, and turns out that her neck was strained. I am not sure what happened during the session but this is not right. The way Terri was really rude to me, I’m sure she did not treat my dog like she was supposed to, with kindness. I highly recommend avoiding this location, or at least this groomer. She should not be doing this service if she has no love for pets. I will definitely not be coming back. Very disappointing.
Update: Store only called once and left a voicemail. I called back only to leave a message but have yet to hear back from them. After a week of no response, I believe they have no intention of contacting me. My pup has now visited the vet 2 times. On the second visit, an x-ray was done and turns out she has a dislocated disc on her neck. I added x-ray image. My pup will now need follow-up treatment. It pains me to see my dog in pain every day.
