I am a daily coffee drinker and enjoy my regular specialty espresso, usually a flat white. I also try to support smaller businesses and avoid chains.

I came here since this place was one of the few serving flat whites.

It was a pure disappointment and a waste of $5. The milk was completely unfrothed and had no foam. The drink had no texture typical for a good flat white. What I received is basically an espresso with a bunch of warm milk. I feel sorry for the wasted coffee beans. I could have gotten the same thing at McCafe for $2.

Baba Java is an incredible locally owned business that is such an amazing asset to the community.

Their coffee is the best l've ever had and I love that they serve delicious pastries from other local shops.They also have the most polite workers at all their cafes!

I LOVE THIS SHOP. I'm here nearly every day of my work week and treat it like my second office. The richness and variety of their drip coffee keeps me coming back and ordering bags for the house. Their signature drinks are incredible as well. The Camel Latte is my wife's go-to and it's impossible not to ask for a sip (or two). Take advantage of the fall weather in Homewood.
