From the moment we walked in the door to purchase packages for our kiddos, I was immediately blown away at the fact that associate was so embedded in her phone: "please sign the waivers over there" she said as she pointed to the Kiosk while simultaneously swiping on her phone.... She seemed a bit bothered when asked for help. She seem like she did not want to be there... As for the Kiosk, it's straight forward however, give customers the ability to add/sign bulk waivers before being able to add packages and please add payment options so customers can get squared away pronto. It wasn't a huge crowd there when we went so I did a walk through to have a look at the things my kids are going to touch. I noticed about 3 of the safety monitors doing acrobatics to themselves in the dodge ball pin. They wasn't at their posts, monitoring the kids that was playing at various stations. Some of the edges of the padding needs to be replaced as they are a tripping hazard. You can't ask us to sign a waiver and still have tripping hazards. The men's restroom was a utter disappointment... I looked down at the floor and I saw multiple impressions of little footprints in multiple puddles of dried up urine stains. I told my son to wear his shoes when using the restroom. P.S. THE REST ROOMS NEED SOME ATTENTION. The concession stand was open but the Attendant was ducked off somewhere in the back. When we placed our order, it took 2 minutes for him to surface. Perhaps he saw us on the camera and came running. He was kind, courteous and professional with us as we placed our order. But he returned to the back before we completely walk away. Overall the bulk of the staff were teens or young adults, they do their job when the the crowd comes in but when it slows down, it seems like they hide. I've witnessed the supervisor walk the floor and have personally saw an associate swerve her and slip out of her sight. Instead of hiding and doing acrobatics; perhaps cleaning the men's room should be something to do because it is a health hazard for a child to wade in public urine when visiting the restroom. Instead of being on the phone; why not get customers signed in, waivers signed and packages purchased. Do away with the Kiosk because there are too many free hands available to help man the front desk. To sum up the review, my kids had a blast. This experience was different from visits to other UA. But there need to be team meeting over this. Having a job is a responsibility. Especially when you're in charge of the safety of all guests. So the staff here needs to trained again. Thank you

If you want to wear out and/or overstimulate everyone in your party, this place is it! You are required to sign a waiver and have Special Socks ($4 each, I think) if you wanna do anything fun besides get ICEEs! There's an obstacle course or two that kids of all sizes love, foam pits, trampoline basketball, various bouncy dodgeball scenarios, some Big Jump things, and then the Field of Trampolines. Oh! And the go karts are great! The parties are cool depending on who you get as your party person and how busy it is. If you are super anti-germ or are very concerned about your kids getting hurt, I'd stick close to them! The young adults in charge are really cool, but also often more concerned about socializing than safety. Their uniforms are really cool, though. Even though there are sometimes no employees in sight, I've never seen anyone get seriously injured here. However, the mats between the trampolines in the Field are somehow brown, even though everyone is supposed to be wearing clean Special Socks. Since there are so many random parents and so many random kids, there's a sort of community parenting situation that happens there! I actually really like when someone other than myself fusses at my kids for doing something they know they're not supposed to. I also love when random strangers see someone fall and immiately go, "Oh no, baby! Are you ok?" It's heartwarming, honestly, to see so many parents all keeping everyone else's kids in line and respectful. They have concessions, food, and delicious icees. And some sort of candy powder. I also love that it's pretty much a melting pot of every kind of person in the metro area, and everyone's always so chill and buddy-buddy! Like, everyone's in it to win it! There's also a few arcade games and claws and massage chairs and lockers.

I gave one star because the kids had fun but BEWARE DO NOT BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!!!! The whole glow party was basically a scam. If you do pay for the most basic package Available and set up your own party stuff because that’s what you will get regardless. The children that run this establishment do absolutely nothing to make it a good experience. They use styrofoam plates and really badly cut plastic dollar store tablecloths. The balloons indicate the 3 on each table made into a table decoration there was one TV in our private room that wasn’t ever on but the fruit flies made it not really fun to be in that room anyways. There was no black light in our room. I had to have the batteries changed in the centerpiece which was basically the only cool decoration. I paid for a private host and was given someone doing 3 parties but guess what NO REFUNDS. I had to keep finding her to ask for the glow parts of the glow party that we paid for THEN I had to track her down to ask for the connectors so we could actually make them into actual bracelets and necklaces! No one organized any part of the 2 private Dodgeball games for my 7 year olds party. There was supposed to be someone up there but there wasn’t. I had to have my sister who drove 4 hours go orchestrate the games. The pizza is garbage THE KIDS WOULDNT EAT IT and almost every kid mentioned it to me personally. There were no party favor scratch offs which was never mentioned to me until the kids were leaving and guessss whattttt NO REFUNDS FOR THE STUFF THEY DONT PROVIDE. The man child in hootchie shorts that presented himself as the “gm” is a professional apologizer and nothing more he has no power to do anything offered us free tickets but who ever want to go somewhere that ruined their kids birthday? The kids working were eating pizza and walking around with drinks and acted bothered when I asked for ANYTHING not to mention they’re wearing slides and have no knowledge of what a sense of urgency is. Idk if it was a nervous laugh or if the host I had actually thought it was funny how bad of a job she was doing. They said she was new but she had 3 parties? I can’t imagine the owner that lives in Arkansas cares at all about this place or they would act quickly. My child had to wait a year due to covid to have this party and it was literally the most disrespectful party I’ve paid for and it was $500. If I would’ve known it was gonna be that way I could’ve bought my own stuff and made it a great party like I expected it to be. I’ll be contacting corporate and MAYBE they will care. Will update y’all about this situation and what they do to make it right...

Could not have been better served or more impressed. We booked the platinum package for our daughters 7th birthday party.

I could write the longest review for these guys but in hopes of this actually helping someone I'll stick to the bullets.

The Homewood location is under new(er) management.

Don’t waste your time calling the corporate 800 number on the website to book. The majority of the questions I asked were answered with “You’ll have to ask them (Homewood) that question because each location is different”

Talk with Cameron (Asst. Manager) she is respectful, she has your answers, she’ll take care of you and leave you feeling confident in the decision you made to book with them. In a day where even mediocre customer service is hard to come by, she far exceeds the norm (I’m of the opinion the higher up’s in this company should retain her for as long as possible and use her as the standard for future employees)

Request Antoine for your party host. The man is respectful, attentive, and just like Cameron a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. Also, while cliche as it may be, the man will actually give you a decent hand shake and look you in the eyes while he talks. Call me old fashioned but that’s huge for me. (I’m of the opinion the higher up’s in this company should retain him for as long as possible and use him as the standard for future employees)

I believe the GM’s name is Trevor. We did not a have a ton of contact with him, but what little we did was right on par with the other two I’ve previously mentioned.

Take this one for what it’s worth. Im an avid review reader, however up until this one here, I have never written one myself. These guys deserve it. They are a dying breed.

Lastly, I myself read the reviews on this place before I called them, and what was being said in these reviews did not paint a pretty picture for them. I bluntly addressed this right away while speaking with Cameron on the phone. She acknowledge what I was referring to, as well as my concerns. That's when I was informed of the new(er) management and the effort being used to clean it up. BOOK WITH THEM you won’t be disappointed. We had an awesome experience and my daughter had an...
