let's start with the pros: the workers are kind. now the cons: everything else. snhu makes you pay nearly 2k a semester for food that usually consists of undercooked meat/rice/pasta, wilted greens, and extremely limited options. hours are in consistent. Snhu has made promises for things such as a campus dietician, 24hr food options, and guest swipes, and then never followed through. the price has gone up and the food has declined in quality and healthiness, just one example being replacing protein shakes with milkshakes (ans then getting rid of the milkshakes altogether a month later) not paying for the plan is not an option if you're living on-campus. I walk into the dining hall and lose my appetite everytime, and most students you ask will say the same. I'd love to be able to buy my own food and cook fresher and healthier meals, but clearly snhu cares more about making money than students...

I have a problem like 7/10 times I go there. Have to send back food for employees not wearing gloves. The salad isnt good if you wait at all to eat it. And its apparently "too expensive" and not allowed if i want a plastic container to put my food in to carry back to my dorm. Why would i want to carry a boat full of pasta and sauce in a boat?
