Absolutely Awful Experience – Twice
I tried going to this Arby’s last month for a roast beef slider and tea, and it was horrible. The slider had clearly been microwaved to death—it was so hot I had to wait almost 10 minutes before I could even take a bite. When I finally did, it went straight into the trash. I used to love Arby’s, so I gave them another chance tonight. Big mistake.
Same order: slider and tea. Same result: slider was disgusting, microwaved beyond recognition, and the food obviously sat around all day. The tea? I spit it out. No exaggeration—it tasted like it had been brewed a month ago.
This is ridiculous. Why can’t anyone get a decent meal from a fast food place anymore? It's bad everywhere, but this Arby’s was beyond the worst. I should have been suspicious when I saw nobody inside—I thought it was closed.
I blame the drone-like employees who clearly don’t care, but also the franchise owner. You are ruining a once-reliable brand. Get off your butt and fix this store—or better yet, it’ll fix itself when it goes out of business like the rest...
Read moreBy far the worst experience I've had in "fast food" in a while. It takes roughly 15 mins to pull from the road to the order box. Everything goes smooth, ordered quick and easy. I was wondering why could it be taking so long? It's lunch time they know people are coming, right? It then takes another 15 minutes to actually get my food after ordering. So now it's 30 minutes It takes to receive my food. I then pull over to look at it because of the service I wonder. I look in my bag and one item was missing, fries. Very simple since I got only a combo meal, so basically I missed half my meal. I walk to the door and it's locked so I wait 5 minutes for them to notice me before getting my fries. Frustrated enough I drive home with my food to see my sandwich was also WRONG! So if you're keeping track my WHOLE ORDER at lunch time was wrong. Culver's and Chipotle forever when I'm in that area. Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for 2 sliders and an order or fries. When the order finally came out, this clown in the picture below walks out of the back door wearing sunglasses (740pm) while a girl follows him out of the kitchen yelling “you wrong for that. You wrong”. Initially he takes our order to the car in front of us and they tell him that’s not their order. So he brings it to us after we tell him we had two sliders. We look in the bag and the fries aren’t in there and when we mention that the girl said “pull back around - I got chu”. We chose not to go through that long wait again and just left at that point. We will not be going back to that...
