City Bowls Hoover — Restaurant in Hoover

Don’t let the photo fool you. I order the Island Bowl which I usually love but this time the bowl was so disgusting that I just threw the entire thing away. A single strawberry, pineapple that still has the rhine on it, golden kiwis instead of standard kiwis (which btw were not ripe and not sweet as stated by the employee) the employees argued with me stating everything was correct and nothing they could do to fix the bowl. So disappointed in the store as a whole, kids running the counter with no one over the age of 18, no manager to talk to. My kids love this place but unless something changes, we will never go back to...

I love city bowls! The consistency of the açai base is perfect, not too mushy and not too hard said Goldilocks (compared to the couple other places around town)… it’s just right. The fruit is fresh and flavorful and they don’t skimp on any of their ingredients or toppings. The staff is friendly, and if you sign up for their rewards program, you can get messages about discounts, which I love to take advantage of because frankly, I could eat it every day. Every time I visit the Hoover location, the staff is always super friendly. It’s clean. What I order is always fresh. Today, one of the workers was so kind and helped me take my order to the car, because she saw me holding my baby boy in his car seat. I told her that she didn’t have to help me, but she insisted. I greatly appreciate the kindness and the top tier customer service....
