I've been to quite a few clothing stores with my granddaughter and the first thing I notice when I enter a store is that somebody who was there before me through a hand grenade in there before they left. Clothing is all over the floor but NOT The Pants Store in Hoover.

You've heard the old saying, "Everything in its place and a place for everything." Well that holds true for The Pants Store in Hoover. I was in the store with my granddaughter for about an hour well she tried clothes on and tried to figure out what she could mix and match the new items with in her closet. Employees didn't stop for a moment to sit down and take a breather. They were always checking the clothing racks straightening clothes out making sure that everything was properly hung and not half on the hanger and half off. Also they made sure they made their presence known to each customer who was in the store. They were always ready to assist whether it be advising or carrying clothes for the customer. I was very impressed.

Needless to say my granddaughter bought a few items and I'm really not sure how she's going to get them in her closet. If she does succeed in hanging them in there I don't want to be standing at the exterior wall of the house because I'm afraid it will blow out. Hmm, I hope she doesn't see this review.

I went to the Pants Store several weeks ago with my 11 year old granddaughter, who loved a turquoise sweatshirt that was too small. Despite checking inventories in other stores, the very helpful sales lady was not able to locate the size we needed. We were disappointed, but the store service was excellent. (Eventually, we did an online search and located the correct size in a New York City boutique. Ordered, shipped, and being happily worn.) The customer service will keep us going back to the Hoover...
