Hardee's — Restaurant in Hope Mills

It was my first time eating breakfast at this location on Tuesday the 6th. I was greeted warmly by Mrs. Juanita, the breakfast manager, and she had someone come to take my order. We decided to try the pork chop and gravy biscuits, the loaded omelet on sourdough instead of biscuit and hashbrown rounds. It didn't take long for our order to be ready. 🙂 I didn't get any pictures of the pork chop and gravy biscuit. 🙂 My husband enjoyed it too quickly. It is very good. The loaded omelet on sourdough is very good too. I would highly recommend giving them a try if, you haven't already. Mrs. Juanita got my order together and she is extremely nice and pleasant to speak with. She answered all the questions that I had about them hiring and how to get my daughter to apply. Thank you, Mrs. Juanita for being so nice and helpful. We will be back to this location to try more items...

I have been waiting to post a review. This place has had bad service since it opened. I waited to write a review until it was around long enough to work the bugs out. It hasn't happened.

Visited today, had to wait to be helped until(I guess it was the manager) waddled out from berating the cooks to take my order. Burger was fine onion rings had that grease needs changed taste.

Last time I was in the young man running the register was apolagizing every minute or so that he was really a cook. Long wait while he tried to make milkshakes for the 5 high school students in front of me. 2 people working the drive through at that time.

First time I went in very long wait for service don't really remember the details.

Guess it will be a few more months until I make it in again. Store needs better management. Aldo needs to change that grease...

I normally don't do reviews but after several times of my orders being messed up, it has come to the point of being unacceptable. I went there today with barely anyone being there and a car or two in the drive thru. I order something simple; a #18 (Double Cheeseburger and hot dog) for me to have to wait around 20 mins for my order. I look at my food and discover that they messed up my order and gave me a cheeseburger instead of the double. I walk back over to there to get my order fixed for them to give me a new burger in less than a minute that was barely warm, with the cheese not even melted. I have had problems with the place since it opened and while the people there are nice, it would be nice for my food to not be messed up in a frequent basis. Something has to change for me to go back to...
