McDonald's — Restaurant in Hope

Just went through the drive thru. They tried to give us the wrong order. We tried to tell the lady at the Window it wasn't ours and wrong drinks. She took one drink inside. Shouted come get this window I'm not handling her attitude. Not our mistake iys yours. Then manager comes up and we are trying to tell her it's the wrong food. She told wouldn't take the drink they handed us that wasn't ours and was yelling at us. All we wanted was OUR order. She shoved the drink back at my wife and said we can't take that back. The drink fell to the ground. She began yelling at us that that was uncalled for and we weren't getting our drinks. We could not believe it! We paid for them. She slammed the window and had her girls walk food around our car to others. Over some tea. I called the police and report her. Bad day or not. You are in customer service. You took our Money and didn't even knon what was said to us by the other employees. As an owner of a business I would think the owner would want to know about this girl and crew. We will never be back Here. We will give our money to people that care about there business. She told us to get out of our car and pick the drink up off the ground. Even after we apologized for dropping it. This girl needs to be educated about common courtesy. We just sat there waiting for our drinks while you could hear her cussing inside. Holding...

I am only giving this place one star because I have to!!! BUT OMG TALK ABOUT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This location is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! I don't even know where to start!! My family and I were on a road trip and just stopped by to eat really quick. We had like 4 separate orders and every single one of our orders had something missing or something wrong with them to were we had to go back and complain which really sucked because we had already waited A LOOOOONG TIME to even get our orders. Which didnt make any sense because there really wasnt many people there in the first place. So once I go complain that I had ordered 3 meals and was missing my fries for two the girl on the register just looked at me like I was stupid...she just stared at me....so they finally take a look at my receipt and it turns out they didn't ring it as combos...but they had already given me drinks...so im like fine can you just place me an order for fries and they do and once again a long wait just to get fries. So we finally get to eat...my food was cold and we were missing a mcdouble from one of our meals. I honestly didnt want to deal with the employees there anymore so i did not complain. It was ridiculous!! When we were leaving there was a customer complaining about blood in there food!!! I felt so nasty to have eaten there!! Will never visit this...

The usual awful awful customer service by the crews and manager. I repeated my order a few times to ensure accuracy. I only ordered 1 item. A hot large macchiato with extra caramel. First they gave me a large COLD macchiato. They had me parked and a few minutes after. I was handed a small cup. He went back inside. Later on a female crew handed me a large cup (in my mind should I ask if they added the extra caramel I ordered?) and roll her eyes before she walked back inside. At this point, I can almost guarantee its not what I ordered. I went inside and gave them back the coffee. And the manager told me he cant give me a refund and that he had to run it in the register. I told him what happened. No apologies nothing. As if it was my fault or I was being difficult. I just want the coffee I ordered and paid for. They got the coffee back and my money. I’ve wasted so much time for a cup of coffee. Get your act together. If you don't like your job. You shouldn’t be...
