Not happy about spending 25 minutes in a drive-thru line. The person taking my order and taking the money did great. He was kind and even saved me money by telling me of a special that I didn't know about. But let me add this did bit. While I was ordering, I asked him to take something off, because I didn't realize how expensive the item was. I said, sorry, I didn't realize it was going to be that much. And I'll just take the 8 piece. We'll, then someone else jumped on the mic and said "well the prices are on the menu board that you're looking at". There wasnno need for the sparky comment. I wasn't mad at the price, I just simply asked them to remove an item. So I told her it was my fault, I didn't see it on the board. I suspect it was the manager that got on there saying that. Because tue young man taking my order was nice as could be. Then I was told to pull around to the front to wait for my order. A very basic order of 8 piece crispy (no sides). When I pulled around, there was already 4 or 5 cars in front of me. I placed my order at 5:18pm and received my order at 5:41pm. And quite honestly, the actual service wasn't that bad. I suspect it was in part to do with lack of staff. And I'm not upset with the people that did show up to work. Hopefully, management can get a handle on things to improve drive thru times. Then to top it all off, the chicken was not all that good. Normally I LOVE KFC food. But it was definitely missing something that day. It will be a long time before I go back...

The guy taking my order said hold on, he went in the back and came back out to the counter and said it would be 20 minutes before they could cook them. I asked why was it going to be so long of a wait, I just couldn't wait that long, he responded there cook was still on break and that they would not be back for about 15 more minutes. As I kept asking more questions ( you only have one cook )a girl came out and said it just takes 20 minutes to cook the chicken. Read moreWent in today to pick up an online order and the woman on duty at 4:45 p.m. was very rude. I asked about an online order and sge said she didn't see it. I said I have a receipt and her response is i don't go by receipts. Now I understand the order should be on their screen. My only issue is her lack of courtesy. Lack of professionalism. If she is angry about something, which she seems to be, she shouldn't take it out in customers. A young man who was also there saw me waiting and asked politely what I needed and she cut him off with the same crappy attitude.
