Bojangles — Restaurant in Hopewell

I normally have an ok experience here but last time I went the girl working in the drive through had a garbage attitude and was loud and obnoxious. My wife had ordered the first combo and before she could finish the girl said the total. Then my wife said I'm not done and started to order more food and before she could finish the order the girl did the same thing again. My was wife kinda irritated and said with a more serious tone I'm not finished and then in very unprofessional manner the girl started laughing like it was amusing that she sucked at her job. Now I'm very patient and give 5 starts out for a business when people just do their job efficiently and just respond cordial. I don't expect people in fast food to be the greatest personality because I understand many people give them a hard time for no reason. As a construction worker I have nothing but love and respect for those in the food industry because I rely in these people on a regular basis. While I enjoy the food of the restraint this location consistently takes an inconvenient amount of time to fulfill their orders. Even knowing this, last night I attempted to pick up an order calling in when I was 15 to 20 minutes away. The inside was closed and drive through had five to seven cars ahead of me, but I figured because I ordered on the phone the wait wouldn't be as bad as my food would be ready when I arrived at the window. From 5:22 to 5:53 I sat in line only to arrive at the drive through window whom I already told over the speaker that I was there for my call in order. After a few minutes of talking to people inside the store, she returned to tell me they were short staffed and my order would be five more minutes. At this point I could not believe in what they were telling me and I had already become late for an appointment I had made and told them that I would not be waiting and to have a nice day. Every time I go to this location the service is severely slow and my order is thrown together any kind of way. Today, I ordered the same order as usual (country ham egg and cheese on hamburger bun combo)sandwich was made on a biscuit and it was out the wrap in the bottom of the bag. Country ham again, was cooked like bacon in the fryer instead of the grill. Bo Rounds were old even after being told to pull forward and wait 5 minutes which turned into 18 minutes. It is highly disappointing with the high cost of food at All restaurants, to have to pay for continuous crappy service, cold food, followed by food just thrown together and prepared any kind of way.
