Cons- Very very small and cluttered up with boxes and products.. most things have no price on it.. not as much selection as other beauty stores but they do have a lot of stuff u just can’t really see it as it’s full of boxes and all typa stuff every where.. things do seem more expensive but if this is your only option then it’s ok at that moment

Pros- dude at counter was very nice and helpful.. very pleasant..I got what I came to get so no complaints

I will never go back here. 🙄 We walked in around 7:10 pm. Google says they close at 8. As soon as we walked in the man said "We close in a few minutes." And he had a "tone". I politely said "ok thanks. Do y'all have wax, for hair removal?" And he said "no". We turned to walk out of the store, because that's what we went for and he followed us to the door. My 7 year old niece was holding the door for the rest of us and held it bc the gentleman looked like he was following us out, and he rudely took the door and pulled it closed. It was overall a very uncomfortable experience. Not friendly, inviting...

No knowledge of products Poor custumer service...over the market price on most of their products and extensions. Shop online at least you get more information on the products you are wanting to buy. Also the best price of any retail store even with shipping included. They have No Grade A hair. Be careful at this place Bens RipOff...
