Bella's Ice Cream and Coffee — Restaurant in Hopkins

Went around the cities to find the best tasting ice cream just because I'm bored. Came across this tiny location out of the blue and I have got to say, it is one of the best spot yet. I had the chance to try 4 flavors, Mango - not too sweet, strong mango flavor like how a mango should be, and a hint of sour. Pistachio- not overly sweet like other locations i've been to. Tastes like how Pistachio should be tasted with real Pistachio and not just some flavorings. Taro- creamy with the perfect sweetness and tendency. Love it, also not runny. Marshmallow- fatty, creamy, with chunks inside. Should I say more?

If you're in the mood for freshness and great vibe, I'd go with mango and lime. If you like something more challenging, I'd go with taro and whatever flavors you'd like.

The cone has thick wall with a nice crunch not overly sweet, blends perfectly with the ice cream itself. Cones are made in town.

Took me hundreds of lickings and bites to finish this cone, roughly 45 minutes and a tired tongue. Scoops are not scoops at all, but more or less of a small rice bowl size scoop. Enjoy.

We went to Bella's ice cream today morning. We were served by the owner Ms Ashley. Ms Ashley was very friendly. She suggested the donut ice cream for our son. This place looked really good on Google maps. We get there and all of the shelves are empty. They don't do pastries anymore. They have a very select few flavors for bubble tea instead of what's advertised. They don't have the donuts. They don't have donut ice cream. Basically, you have ten flavors of ice cream to choose from. The menu was not even crossed off when we got inside, which is made with chalk.
