12/02/22...picked up a lemonade load here for a aldi dc...no staging area...arrived 930am for a 10am appt....took about an hour to get a door...u have to stage in front of the dock doors...had to pull up back up a couple of times so other trucks could get out and into doors...office is at far end of bldg...once in the door was loaded and had bills in 30 min...went inside on green light and bills were waiting on me...they will come get u after loading if ur not paying attention...it's tight with dropped tlrs getting out so pay attention...good pickup....everyone was polite and seemed to...

I'm Disabled bad knees I climbed up their stairs that they had to get to the office and he saw how difficult it was for me and he told me that they would bring the paperwork and put it in the back of my trailer instead of me having to climb back up the steps to try to get back to the office that means a lot to me that somebody would do that for me so they're really nice bunch of guys people...
