Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

We went to BWW in Hopkinsville on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch, we walked in and were greeted immediately, that’s the best part of the visit, we asked for a booth and a guy said sure let me wipe one down for you.. since there was only about 5 or 6 tables open I’d assumed that would have already been done. Then we sit down and the waitress walked over and was not very pleasant to work with, we had a 2 year old with us and the waitress immediately was asking if we knew what we wanted having just been given the menus. We told her we needed a few minutes to settle the little guy down and get to look. After everything with the ordering was done we received our food, I ordered the house sampler and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich, my wife went to grab an onion ring from my sampler and seen a HUGE black hair hanging off of it... ew! She set it off the side and proceeded to grab a different onion ring only to notice ANOTHER hair dangling off it!!! EWW!! We call the waitress over and show her, she immediately takes the two onion rings to the back and tells us the manager would be over to talk to us and “fix it” a couple minutes later the waitress brings out new onion rings, I’m assuming the manager said to? After we’re all eating my wife gets About 1/4 through her meal and discovered yet ANOTHER black hair in the middle of her French fries!!!! THATS 3 hairs one meal!! We call the waitress over again... she tells us she’s going to get the manager, who we have yet to see after the first 2 hairs. A few moments pass and the waitress comes over and says the manager is currently outside on her “smoke break”... wait what? If a customer has a issue you can’t put out a cigarette and address the issue??? Okay fine, we wait a few minutes after asking the waitress for the bill... we receive it and the waitress says the manager fixed it.... ummmmmmmm the only thing that was done they took of 6.00 for onion rings and my wife’s sandwich.... NEVER did the manager come to the table to address the situation. And we still paid 30.00 for hairy food! NEVER AGAIN will we frequent BWW in Hopkinsville KY and I suggest you...

We had the best experience with a waitress named Jordan. She was so helpful and seemed happy to be serving folks good food!

Service was a 10. Food was good as usual. I forgot to take pics. Love the new sauces.

UPDATE. i did have a 5 star review. After the last two visits, I'm no longer going to B-Dubs.

I ordered some wings that had never been hot before. When we got them they were hotter than the Sahara Desert at noon! We told the waitress and she laughed. She told other waitresses and they looked at us and laughed. The joke was lost on me. A bartender at the bar was shouting obscenities as if it were funny. Again...joke lost on me. I told the waitress at the beginning that I had the app special for the Tuesday night wings. She said okay and then charged the full amount. When I kindly reminded her, she went to her manager and what was to be 15 off was 10 off. I was tired of messing with them and paid it. I left a tip as per usual. Even with bad waitressing, I still tip at least 18% which is probably dumb on my part. IDK. With the very hot wings, you'd think we might like to have our beverages refilled. Nope. Our waitress and several of the others were more concerned about hanging out at a table near the front munching and drinking. And I don't really care about that as long as I can munch and drink my cola as well. Did I mention those wings were like the inferno of a volcano? I was sick for two days after that. Yes. That's my fault. I thought I'd eat a second wing to see if it was as hot as the first lava chicken. It was. I'm done. After enjoying this place for awhile, the last two trips were bad enough that I can't recover my hope.

I gave two stars because my daughter's salad was good....

Kolleen & Jonathon were really rude. Kolleen got mad bc my order was wrong I said bone in and the cooks gave me boneless, I overheard her say the cooks were being useless and she don’t know why they’re not getting anything right. As a coworker that is very rude and as a server just because you’re angry with something else doesn’t mean take it out on the customers. didn’t refill my drink, had to stop her everytime we needed something because she acted like she didn’t want to help us with anything, she walked right past us when she know we need help. We asked jonathon for napkins and he said to ask our waiter in a rude tone, but was helping every other table around us. both of them were staying by the back tables unless they needed to go to the kitchen, basically just overlooking us as if they didn’t want to help us. when we were about to leave she mixed our checks up and was rude about it when tryna get it fixed so she called the manager and the manager was also rude, slammed change And had a smart mouth.
