We arrived at 7PM (July 16, they close at 9pm). The open sign was lit up and the lobby was open. My mother walked in and waited before someone came to the front. The cashier said "I can't take your order you have to go through drive thru". My mother didn't have a problem with that. She walked to the door and a gentlemen from the back came to the front and opened the door so she could leave. He turned off the open sign then locked the door. At that point the cashier could've taken the order, allow her to wait in the lobby, or take her order then have hlmy mother go through drive through for a pick up. She ordered wings, twice cooked. In the end we had to wait. I ordered the stuffed crust bread sticks. Kindly Asked for them to made Cook to Order. The young lady in the drive thru said " no problem". Literally one minute after paying for my food, she came back with my bread. Undercooked, doughy and cold...The whole experience was terrible. There was no need to argue. This is how business is ran. I came home and decided to stick them in the oven to finish cooking. First time at this little Cesar's in Hopkinsville Ky. It will be my last. Customer service is everything, especially when you're not an...
Read moreWe went out there out probably about 20 minutes before closing time and got one of those $5 take and bake pizzas. It was horrible. The crust was real dry, the cheese was pretty stiff, the sauce that shows around the edges that aren't covered with cheese had formed like a shell over it, and the pepperinies were dry and kinda starting to shrivel upwards. It was like that pizza had set in that warmer all day. I mean I know understand that the whole deal with hot and ready is that the pizzas are already cooked. So if what's cooked isn't sold right away it just sits until it does. But at some point it become to old to serve? I mean just because you cooked 5 at 4 o'clock and only 3 sold shortly afterwards doesn't mean that we just continue to hold on to the other 2 until someone else orders, at 8:30, 4+ hours later... And that's what that pizza looked and tasted like. I don't honestly really love little ceaser's pizza to begin with. But hey, you get what ya pay for, and it's cheeeeep. So for the price it's kinda a bargain, that's why we go there, that's what's good about little ceaser's, that's why they still at least get 3 stars. But this night in particular,...
Read moreThis store is incredibly lazy. I got on the phone with them an hour and a half before closing asked if they could prep something for pickup. I hear chatter in the background then im on hold. Next thing I know it hangs up. I call back and the same exact thing. I did this the night before except I pull up to drive through around the same time and tried to order the same thing and was told we don't have any hot and ready and before I could speak another word the window was closed in my face. I was about to ask if they could cook and prep an order. I watched the previous car pull off with pizza. I try to order on the app and moble ordering is not working and so of course delivery doesn't either. Food I've gotten from here before was either incredibly soggy or...
