I had the worse customer service I have ever had with any business in my life today at the Hopknsville Domino's pizza. I ordered 3 large pizzas and cheese breads yesterday at 3:00 for today, Sunday. I was told I could pick them up at 12 noon as I was having them for lunch at 12;30. I arrived at 12 noon to find that my order had been CXX. Instead of the employee knowing I was in a hurry and needed the pizzas they stood there discussing who CXX my order and how it got CXX. I put my hands up very frustrated and said " I do not care what happened I just need my pizza and bread asap", when the girl came back to me and said she was not going to take my order because I was being so rude. Then the guy or manager or boyfriend said we do not have to take your order because you are being so ugly and rude and that you need to leave my store. I never raised my voice or said any bad language just very anxious because I had people coming to my house for lunch and the store was one who cxx my order because I did not cxx the order. My whole family will never do business with the Domino's in Hopkinsville. This stores customer service has been going down for months and this is the final straw for our family. However, the next day, when I attempted to return a salad that was not what I ordered, I did not receive the same treatment. "Luke" and another young woman told me they did not have time to talk with me. They threw the salad in the trash, but told me I should have called back again the previous night or I should wait and call or come back later that evening. I asked to leave my name and number so someone could call me when they were not so busy, but they didn't have a pen or paper for me to write on. So I said I would get a pen and paper from my car, which I did. When I returned to the store, THE DOOR HAD BEEN LOCKED. I stayed at the door for a minute to write down my information, but "Luke" came to the door and again said I should not have come to the store this morning and would have to come back later. When I asked for his name, he told me "Luke," but he said if I said anything bad about him, then I was a bad person. I sent a message on the website about this incident, but never heard...
Read moreMy husband and I did a double order last night, he had some errands to do prior so he did those as our orders were being made. We both got notices they were ready and went to pick them up. Food was amazing as usual, cut a little wonky but who cares I've cut pizzas a bit off too in a rush. I think somethings wrong with their system based on other complaints and the absolute panic the poor dear behind the counter was showing, when she couldn't hand over our orders yet.
This was at 5-530pm pick up, orders made at 4:45ish. I'm SURE they were slammed. Husband was polite and understanding, having actually worked in food service himself as a GM. He didn't have to wait too long for our orders, but the poor dear was practically in tears and thanked him for being so kind. Look, if they're actually TRYING, be kind for howling out loud. They're not out to ruin your day and piss you off, I can guarantee they didn't wake up with that on their agenda. And by the sound of it, their system told everyone their orders were ready when they weren't, thats not the individual...
