Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

I personally would not recommend this particular Papa John's location. It took 2 hours & 15 minutes to get a cold pizza that wasn't even my own. I also witnessed a female employee drop 2 different items onto their dirty floor & pick them both up. After she picked them up she placed the container back into the stack to be used again which I observed the cook using it to put someone's food in. She then dropped a garlic cup on the floor, picked it up & opened the pizza box & placed it in with their pizza & I observed her walking to the drive up window & handing it to the customer. I got one excuse after another as to why it took over 2 hours to get my pizza. I was told by an employee my pizza was being boxed up. 15 minutes later I inquired again as to why it was taking so long to put my pizza in a box, only to only find out from the cook he didn't have an order with my name on it. There just so happened to be an old one sitting on the shelf so the manager took off a label that was on the box & handed it to me. It was awful. Cold, leather like & was tough. Although on the behalf of the manager she did refund my money however handed me someone else's pizza that was old, cold, & tough to eat. I appreciated the gester, however an older colder pizza that no one picked up should have never been handed to me. Also when I ordered, I made it very clear, no peppers on my pizza or in the box due to an allergy but I got it anyway. I will not ever be returning to this location. I ordered 3 Philly Cheese Steak Papadia's, each had 3 pieces of meat in them and the rest was dry bread. The restaurant had about 7 employees present. 6 people had long hair, NO hair nets. There was a hair in one of my Papadia's. The manager offered to replace my order. He remade them and they looked exactly the same when he remade them.

Nevermind the fact that I drove all rhe way home and back. He made sure to weigh out the meat in a measuring up (making sure not fill up the cup. It was a 1 cup measuring cup that he fillid about 1/4 of the way). After the 2nd try.i opted for a refund. The sandwiches do not look anything like they used to look nor do they taste like they used to. The service was garbage and inconvenient. I had worked here and it drove me to be an alcoholic. I was a delivery driver, there was multiple times I would be the only driver from 11am to 4pm or later and would be yelled at by customers constantly for the hour long wait. The 'family' who run/used to run this bring all their personal problems into work and make sure to take it out on everyone. The only people who got breaks were minors to avoid legal problems. They would force drivers to do over time because they were too busy in the office to do 'cash outs' and make the drivers do more runs. Drivers were also expected to some how grab food through drive throughs or eat their breaks in the car because "you're sitting driving thats break enough"
