The food isn’t as good as it used to be. The burritos get soggy fast, because the staff doesn’t bother to drain the excess. The service just gets worse and worse throughout the days, weeks, years... My mother, cousin, and I went there today to have a nice time and have breakfast together. My mother specifically said she wanted two (2) small menudos and the cashier charged us two large menudos. When we brought it to the cashiers attention, she blamed us and said that my mother wasn’t paying attention to her and that she should’ve spared the talking. The cashier also managed to give us nasty looks and attitude towards us- the whole time when we were sitting down and the manager was also next to our table but left and didn’t seem to mind the cashiers attitude. Terrible service. The prices are too high. Instead of it brightening up the day the staff did the opposite of it. The manager needs to settle things down or what’s the point of even being the manager. The cashier needs to tone down her attitude and not to take out her frustration on customers, she’s not only nasty, but irresponsible. She owed us another menudo and we never got it. Never gave us a receipt and even when she brought it up she took it away from us. We’re never going there again. It’s...

Sad... I was speaking to an employee giving my order and three times in a row did not even say excuse me, one moment, left me there talking to speak to another employee. The individual the came back would say what did you need then as I am giving my order again, walks away again. Comes back again what was the order (3 times). I was the only one there. Then once I said are you actually taking my order or cutting me off. No excuse me, one moment. Very rude she could have told me to wait, if she needed to speak to your coworker. Common courtesy and respect. I was calm. The the other individual (owner?) Just took, pulled the bread tong from her hand and said they were not helping me. (Obviously disrespecting her coworker). Awful customer service. I was not rude and did not raise my voice. They do not care if they loose a customer since they loose one gain one. I go there often as well as my family. I've been coming here for over 15 years, will never return. I would rather drive to another Bakery that be treated with such disrespect. They have been rude before but this time I spoke up, i was the only one there. The Owner? older lady with glasses already had a sour face as I walked in at 6:45 am. Like if she was already irritated. Not...

This Bakery sweet bread prices are outrageous!!!!!!! Three (3) pieces of sweet bread $6.26 which included……..(2 orejas), and (1) cookie. Unfortunately, I had my neighbors son purchase it for me other wise I would’ve walked out of there. I called the bakery and questioned the price with the female manager who informed me “yes the prices have gone up (well yeah) and we’re using a special flour.”. I informed her well yes, we had a bakery 30 years ago……. I was interpreted..,.. well that was ages!!! A ago. True, but the bakery is still going strong in New York by other family members who cater to prestige individuals. So enough of this lies!!! Yes, the economy is not the greatest but lady it’s obvious you’re used to throwing your weight around and speaking down to people. Remember, you truly don’t know who you’re talking to. It’s unfortunate that a lot of My Raza, in El Paso...

Very bad service I will not recommend it at all, it was are frist time going to this bakery and we didn't like it at all I ordered 2 libras de Barbacoa cause we were craving it so bad and we also ordered sweet bread and tortillas i dont have a problem with the bread or tortillas they were super good but what really got me mad is that the barbacoa smelled and tasted nasty I called to complain but the lady told me she couldn't do nothing about it, like really lady you can at least apologize or give me my 20 dlls back , I do live I fabens I was expecting to eat something good not , nasty tasting barbacoa , before you order some Barbacoa ask for a sample so you guys make sure its good & not go through bad experience with this type of pple..

Amazing sweet bread, the concha’s are comparable to the best bakeries in town, 10 out of 10. The maranitos and empanadas are probably a 6 out of 10. I also tried the quesadillas and they were really good. The flour tortillas are handmade which was worth it. People complain on here about prices but I moved from out of state so these are cheap prices compared to what I’m use to. Ordered through Uber eats and the food was still warm and fresh.
