Captain D's — Restaurant in Horn Lake

I waited at the drive through on today for more than 15 minutes while watching two customers behind me leave due to the long wait. I never received a responce after saying hello more than 10 times into the intercom only to go in and find the staff playing around and having fun... This location use to be better but I won't waste any more time or money here!!

Update: So I decided to give this place another try 5/19/22 after staying away for months and guess what I pulled up to the drive through to place my order and had to wait for a while but this wasn’t a real problem because they were busy and I understand that things can get backed up at times. Placed my order about 5 minutes later for salmon and was told that they were out but had grilled white fish, I said ok let’s do that. Placed the order at about 8:50 p.m. made it to the window around 9:05-9:10 p.m. and was told that the grille was now off for the night and that I couldn’t get the grilled fish and that they were sorry… wasted about 30 or more minutes of my time but no worries this time I know to stay away for good!! I typically visit this particular location at least 3 times a week only because this is my daughter's favorite place to eat. Today my experience was HORRIBLE. I had to repeat my order 4 times. My order still wasn't correct. I had to pull up at the door & wait when there wasn't even a line. Then when the young lady brought my food...I asked her was this the correct order. She replied back she didn't know & only bringing what's on the receipt. I informed her that the receipt was incorrect. Luckily, the cook fixed the order. But no condiments in the bag. I went into the restaurant to ask for condiments. The cashier say to her manager,"here she go" but act like they don't see me standing there & shake their heads. I had to finally say to them....if you saw me coming then why no one is acknowledging me? After I turn to leave, one of them made a smart comment & laughed. Decided not to wait in the drive through lane so went inside, thinking it would be faster. Jasmine was at the counter, taking orders for both the counter and drive thru along with everything else but cooking! Actually, at one point she did go in to the kitchen to help because we could hear her back there. Yes, we had to wait longer than we would have liked but Jasmine never missed a beat and it was clear she was doing it almost entirely alone, and doing it well. Everyone in the lobby waiting appreciated how hard she was working and that she was doing it with grace. There is little doubt that she’s not being paid what she deserves - she’s doing the job of 3 or more people. Jasmine, we saw you, we appreciate how hard you are working and applaud your work ethic.
