Ery first time trying this place,got the wrong order. Called,was able to get a remake the following day. My daughter ordered through their online ordering and a third party picked it up for delivery for her. She was missing an entire meal off of her order.called and spoke with a manager and he said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Their fries were very old and soggy,she said her burger was not fully cooked and was pink.. we work late hours and not too many places are open when we get off,so we keep trying to give this place a chance. Please get things fixed so this area won’t have to keep getting so many complaints. We love supporting local food places and we are HUNGRY lol! I didn’t understand why it was the delivery persons fault for something the restaurant left off of the order,when the bags are secured for delivery. Read moreI really enjoyed myself here. I ordered ahead and my food was ready when we got there. I have a family of 6, so you can imagine that It wasn't the cheapest option if you're on a budget. Nevertheless, I spent almost $50, and I do believe it was worth it because my fries were cold and the employee fixed new ones. My burger was without bacon and cold they didn't argue with me they simply fixed me a fresh burger. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed here. Although some of the employees that were off were acting up a little bit but the manager put them in check and told the if your off either sit-down and wait for your ride or go outside with all the loudness and foolishness because I have customers be respectful. Read moreI’ve visited over 40 Whataburger locations in multiple states, and sadly, the Horn Lake store is the worst experience I’ve had—mainly due to the manager, Danny. He’s consistently rude to staff and customers. I once saw him call a young girl behind the counter “stupid” and physically push her aside just because she was taking a little extra time on a custom order. She was clearly trying her best and looked so embarrassed. I’ve also seen him avoid company reps doing evaluations—literally stayed outside pretending to be busy instead of addressing store issues. Meanwhile, he walked past trash on the ground like it wasn’t there. This kind of leadership is exactly why this location keeps missing the mark.
