Taco Bell — Restaurant in Horn Lake

I go mainly because it's close by and I get off work at 11pm. The last few times I went once they told me there entire system shut down and they don't know how long it'll be before it's up, there is such a thing as taking orders by hand and using math skills to add up totals but I forgot I'm in mississippi. Another time when I was receiving my order via drive thru I wasn't asked if I'd like sauce, dude opened the window and said "sauce" in a very nasty tone. I know your working taco bell I understand but customer service is customer service there is no need to be a jerk to your customers even after I was polite as can be. Also please listen when I am taking an order, I shouldn't have to search the bag every time to make sure y'all were listening. I said cheese fries supreme and when I got home my boyfriend says where's the supreme in these come to find out it was regular cheese fries. The rest was getting burnt quesadillas, some people enjoy the char flavor but not when it overpowers the entire meal. Last of all cut the quesadillas into similar portions please, I got one tiny slice then a gigantic slice it's like you have toddlers still learning shapes cutting...

The young lady at window stuck my fries out to hand them to me uncovered no bag just box of fries I asked nicely for another order because it was passed through the air uncovered, without a bag I guess she consulted with her peers everyone had the look on their faces as if it was wrong she just rolled her eyes never apologizing but gave me fries in a bag I said thank you she didn’t respond I rarely eat out just wanted to get the kids a quick bite after work, and this may be why Great customer service goes along way! A long way and you should always think now what if I was pulling up to the drive thru window and someone just handed me a carton of fries uncovered you would have did the same it would have only took a second to place the fries in a bag and say mam I forgot your fries here you go! I unfortunately can't rate the food because i never received it. Cashier is rude and has a horrible attitude. She lied to my husbands face and said that someone else already came and picked my mobile order up which is impossible because it's just me and him and I'm 9 months pregnant and on bed rest. Then when i called on the phone and explained that to her then she got a rude attitude and told me she never told him that. She lied to me again and said they never got my order and couldn't make it but they marked my order as ready for pick up. Every single taco bell in the horn lake/Southaven area is HORRIBLE! They're full of lazy, entitled people who don't know how to do their jobs.
