ALDI — Local services in Horn Lake

I placed an order for pickup through instacart on 2/1/25 that was originally due to be ready for pickup between 5-6pm. Then I get an email advising they have no shoppers available and my order has been rescheduled for 2/2/25 between hours 1-2pm. Today I get another email advising they don't have shoppers available again but this time they don't provide me with a time for pickup. They just state order will be ready today. So I call instacart and explain how I really need my groceries due to not having food and how I can't afford to wait 7 days for refund. Also keep in mind there is no number to directly contact store. Aldi unfortunately doesn't have a way to contact store either per their customer service representative. I'm presented with only 2 options which are not good for my current situation. One is to just wait til order is ready or wait 7 days for refund. I go to the store and speak with a manager to ask if I can shop my own order but I'm told I can't and that they have 1 guy shopping for orders but he has 15 orders. Lesson learned, I will be doing my shopping in person from now on. Customer service access to the stores should be available...

One of is my favorite grocery store chain hands down, I have been to numerous locations in the USA ,where some of the best prices are located , yesterday I had huge desire for green 💚 🍏 salad 🥗 don't forget about the price of avocados 🥑one best price 💯, the employee are very professional and very polite pleasant as well, never had a situation in this chain😊, I was somewhat surprised 🙀 when I went inside this particular location, with all due respect something most definitely happened, to see the floor sole in fresh salad section and I was comparing prices Memphis, Tennessee is little bit more expensive compared to Houston, TX location , which it was not so surprising because corner stores and grocery store chains are much expensive 🫰 compared to Houston location,I notice the 🛑 sign for the basket possible I never paid attention in the Southwest Houston location on Beechnut...

Worst aldis experience. Had a wonderful time shopping, the store is clean, the aisles organized, but the downfall is checking out. I pull up to the register with my basket full of groceries and my three year old in the child seat. I began to put my groceries on the conveyor inwhich the cashier waited patiently til the whole conveyor was completely overflowing when she decided to LET SOMEONE GO IN FRONT OF ME. Mind you, they are on a timer.. whatever. This cashier allows the person BEHIND ME to SKIP ME. My toddler is getting impatient. After this cashier completes her sale with the person she allowed to go in front of me without my consent, begins scanning my groceries. Puts them in the next basket (THAT DOES NOT HAVE A HANDLE).
