Alcohol is alcohol, but their viddles will catch you off guard. When I want to eat well in the village and I'm not looking for a steak, this is surely the place. It's surely not the cheapest fare, but whatever the extra is well worth it.

Their hot wings might just ruin other hot wings for you.

I'm a huge fan of their fried okra... to me, that's always good anywhere and seemingly hard to mess up, but theirs is better still for whatever reason.

Added bonus: they also carry my favorite dinner beer......

Wow! I cannot believe it has taken me so long to make a visit to the Sand Trap. I went for drinks with friends and ended up ordering take out... take out only because I'm in the middle of binge watching Yellowstone.. and you know... priorities. The ambiance is great. Wonderful owners and staff; very attentive and friendly. The beer is cold! I had the chicken and dumplings soup and a chicken sandwich. We also had an order of cheese curds for the table. YUM! The soup hits that comfort spot with the right combination of spices. The chicken sandwich with bacon and pickles rivals many. What is up with the pickles? They are the best I've ever had. Thank you for creating a wonderful inclusive space with great bar food....

It's a little Honky Tonk bar. We were there at 8:30 pm and it was mainly an older, calm crowd that was drinking. We wanted food. To drink, I ordered a Moscow Mule and my husband got a bottled stout. We we impressed with their drink selection for such a small bar. To eat, I got a burger on a lettuce wrap (I'm Gluten Intolerant) along with s side salad. It was very good and thr patty was cooked to order. My husband got a steak sandwich which as basically a Philly cheese steam which he enjoyed.

My cocktail was only $6 and his beer was $5 and change! Very good prices compared to our home. All in all, we spent $45 pre tip for 2 good meals and 2 drinks for dinner!...
