Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hot Springs Village

Absolutely horrible! The mozzarella sticks we ordered were completely burned, the meat ony husbands burger was raw and the two pretzels I ordered did not come with cheese. Also, the master shakes we received were nearly melted and running down the sides of the cup. When we called, we were told if we didn't like the service then go to the Sonic in Fountain Lake instead and was hung up on. This is completely unprofessional, and honestly the worst food we've received. I do not usually leave reviews at all, but for whoever decides to read this, take the extra 15 minutes to drive to Fountain Lake and eat at their sonic. Ok I've noticed that the meat that both sonic and McDonalds now tastes awful .. it has a gamey wild mexican range fed cattle taste .. I'm personally disgusted that these places have the audacity to sell something so disgusting..I had a discussion with friends last night and we all noticed that it has the same taste as Walmart's prepackaged Tyson hamburger .. I believe this will have been my last trip to sonic or McDonalds.. because of the current administration's regulations and jacking up wages food quality is now piss poor and apparently they've climbed in bed with tyson meats .. I believe this is being done to drive these franchises out...

It seems to depend on which manager is on duty as to what kind of service you get. Today was not our lucky day. My husband ordered a hamburger with specific toppings. It came out wrong. He pushed the call button to let them know. They said someone would be right out. 10 minutes later, he pushed the button again, but they never answered. He finally called them on his phone.
