Came for late lunch. The service was average but I gave an extra star only because I think the owner (not our server) came to us several times to ask if we needed anything. We ordered regular eggrolls but they ran out and the (owner) came to our table to offer us crab eggrolls which he said costs more but he would replace with at no extra charge. The Bun Cha Ha Noi, their signature dish is a must try. Very flavorful. The pho was surprisingly delicious. I've eaten pho at many places and would rank this among my top 10. The beef slices were so tender and fresh and the meat balls same. Next thing I know I finished the whole soup. They have a variety of menu options to choose from to fit many different tastes. There's also dessert (Che) or take out dishes to choose as well. We came around 1:30 and their che desserts were almost gone. Pretty popular. This place was all around very disappointing. I work in the resturant industry myself so I am always very reasonable with service even if it’s very bad. It was obvious there was only 1 man serving the entire restaurant, running the food, taking orders, printing checks and I could tell he was trying his best (which is what I really look for) but I’m curious why they would have only one man work the entire rest restaurant by himself. Usually, I would let poor service slide but when the food came out it was actually ridiculous. READ THIS PART BECAUSE IT IS WHY I GIVE THIS PLACE A 1 STAR⭐️. There was no noodles in the soup. Less than half of the meat you would usually recieve in a bowl of pho but NO NOODLES. Even when we were given noodles it was so little and the food quality was poor. Outside: easy to find and has plenty of parking spaces. Inside: simple, spacious, minimal decorations. Service: there is only 1 person taking orders and check people out.
