I was waiting in the drive thru for about 5mins until I had to say hello excuse me? That’s when they took my order. So I ordered my food , I asked the girl for ketchup she said there’s no ketchup I’m like okay what sauces do you have the closes the window door. Had to wait another 5mins again for her to say oh I ONLY have 2 ketchup left I’m like what other sauces do you have? She closes the window door and now I’m waiting for another 5 mins another employee comes and asks how can I help you I ask her the same and I also ask for a receipt and she gives me this receipt with NO STORE # nor the employee name. Like wow that’s not right why did you do that? Bc you knew I was going to complain and yes bc that’s not right I’m going to stop coming here ! I was very disappointed that the supervisor did not correct a small problem. I go there weekly and I was charged for two slices of cheese that I didn't receive. When I asked for cheese this week and asked them to omit the charge, they refused. They said I needed to show them last week's receipt (which I left in their trash can) to prove that I had paid for cheese. I told them that I don't usually keep their receipts and that the receipt doesn't prove that their was no cheese on the two burgers. A regular customer should receive some consideration.
