What a gem this place is! If you would like to taste authentic, creative, fresh pizza this place needs to be on your radar. The kind of food that you can taste that the maker has both skill and passion in its creation. This is absolutely some of the best pizza we have ever had, in Houston, or anywhere else. We ordered a bruschetta style, a bacon mushroom, & brie, and cacio e pepe with orange all on slow overnight dough crusts. Before today, orange (marmalade, I think) on pizza would have probably fallen in a never would I ever category. I was wrong! It was absolutely phenomenal. My mouth is watering as I remember the taste while writing this. The service was friendly & informative. The place is very small with limited indoor seating & some outdoor seating but I would be happy to take this pizza to go & eat it in my car if I had to. It is THAT good. The menu changes and I cannot wait to go back and try whatever this Roman pizza genius creates. Thank you for bringing this heavenly...

I have walked by several times during their listed hours of operation and each time I asked the gentleman if they were open, I was met with aggression and a negative attitude. I believe this is due to my appearance possibly? I have on work clothes, I am a maintenance manager of a near by apartment complex.

I am a major fan of pizza and baked goods. This pizza garden could of by far been my new place to eat as that I order out 5-6 times a week.

Sadly I am here leaving this review because they in fact prejudge you before you even get though the gate.

Maybe this will change after posting this review and I will have a chance to experience this pizza garden. When and if I do, I will leave a review of...

The hours have changed and they are open to the public on Sunday mornings/early afternoons. Andrea is from Rome and makes amazing patisseries and pizza. Great place to have breakfast Sunday morning or a brunch if you want to get some of his amazing fresh pizza. He also sells his pizza frozen that can also be bought there directly or at the Specs in midtown. Completely outdoors, with a very simple but cute and welcoming atmosphere. Great place to have a taste of real Italian baked goods in the morning or authentic and amazing Italian pizza for lunch or to bring home. They also have coffee and juice for your...

Craving the crusty, cheesy bliss of Rome’s pizzerias or the warm, doughy hugs of its bakeries? Or just need a spot to worship artisan pizzas and breads that’ll make your taste buds sing opera? Head to Org as your new dough-mance awaits! Tucked into a bread production space, a Roman baker crafts a cornucopia of breads including focaccia, ciabatta, and brioche. When he’s not shaping loaves, he’s firing up pizzas that hit all the right spots. Do yourself a a favor and check this hidden gem.

5/5. Definitely recommend: Probably my top 3 favorite pizza places in the Houston area. Service: fast, friendly, and personal. Food: tasted really good, quality ingredients, made-to-order, not greasy ( don't feel bad after eating it like with other pizza ). Ambiance: cool outside area, but a bit out of the way. Definitely a hidden gem. The pizzamaker is a man from Rome, Italy and seems passionate for baking bread and making Roman style pizza. Also a local business, which is cool.
