Chiles — Restaurant in Houston

I’ve been going to the place for a few years because I love the food, specially Cuban Tortas and corn. However, the Tortas are too expensive now, I used to buy them at $3.75 and they’re at $6.1 now. I understand to prices have to increase due to inflation but I think the main reason for this is because the high demand on the Tortas. In addition, I always ask for chicken Tortas and the ladies there have given me beef a few times and if I go back to ask for the Torta that I requested, they don’t give to me saying that beef is what I asked which simply not true. Therefore, I’m thinking not to visit this place anymore, even though I love the food, I’ll try to find another place where they may be more reasonable with...

Best tortas in my opinion. Meat is always juicy not overcooked or minced. The bread is so fresh since is from bakery next to it. all the meats never overcooked. Aguas frescas have a great favor and not overly sweet. I been a loyal customer for over 20 years. my parents used to take me when I was younger.Now I take my kids and my parents. Flavor and quality has never change. I am a taco person but the tortas are so so good that I have never order tacos from here. Elotes are also my favorite love the spicy elote salsa....

I love new spot been going here for over 15 years the food is delicious it's great the only thing is the price keeps going up every time that I go visit it seems that the tortas or the burritos have gone up a dollar. I remember when I used to be able to get them at $4.50 $5 Max I guess I can understand with cost inflation but if you want a delicious torta or burrito 🌯 Chile is definitely recommended as a spot to go for authentic Mexican takeout 🥡
