After the recent change in community manager, it’s evident that the community’s standards have begun to deteriorate. Communication with residents has notably worsened under the leadership of the new Manager, Daniel, who has made no efforts to enhance policies or procedures, resulting in poor resident retention. Before enforcing new towing policies, it’s imperative that the outdated and ineffective policies are revamped to ensure clarity for all residents. Additionally, resident communications, such as event notices and renewal reminders, lack sophistication and are in dire need of better verbiage. My bad experience starts from our meetings with the leasing manager. He was nice, but somehow he couldn't just keep his words. In 30 minutes he told me 30 different stories. First of all, suddenly the price jumped up and he told me that we just changed the price today.

Afterward, he wanted me to sign the contract without knowing which apartment I am gonna live in, which would be so stupid if I had signed. After I told him that I am not gonna sign he showed me an apartment number which was under construction lmao... and he said if I wanted to move in just two days earlier then I had to pay for full week which would be $81 dollars. Ugh I had to leave the office before he loaded me with bunch of extra charges , I think he thought i was stupid. I don't think that's a good way to...

My experience at South Oaks Apartments has been excellent from day one. When I first visited the leasing office to apply for an apartment, I was warmly welcomed by Melisa, the leasing agent. She was extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to show me several available apartment options. She clearly explained the pricing for each unit and answered all my questions with patience and respect.

When I moved in, the apartment met all my expectations—clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. I also appreciate the added sense of security, with a 24-hour security guard stationed at the gate.
