ā 1-Star Review Iāve been a loyal customer at this Chipotle for a long timeāsometimes coming here twice a day for lunch and dinner. I also regularly pick up food for friends and coworkers who know I frequent this location. But I have to say, the way this store operates lately has been incredibly disappointing.
First, the customer service is rushed and inconsistent. Even when the line is short or thereās no one behind me, the staff acts like theyāre in a hurry to get me out of the way. Thereās no room to ask questions, double-check your order, or even remember to add a side. If they suddenly get a small rush, the energy turns chaotic, and they make you feel like youāre holding them upāeven though youāre the paying customer.
Whatās worse is the inconsistency in portion sizes. One day I get a decent serving, the next day I feel like I was handed half a bowl. Itās frustrating because thereās no standard. When I try to respectfully ask for something to be fixed or adjusted, Iāve been met with defensive or dismissive attitudes. One manager even said something like, āWell, I donāt charge you every day for that,ā which felt completely out of line. Iām a paying customerāIām not asking for a favor. Iām spending my money here consistently and deserve to be treated with respect.
Another big issue is how they treat you when ordering something simple, like from the kidsā menu. Youād think I asked for a five-course meal based on their reactions. Itās uncomfortable and unprofessional. Everyone deserves the same level of care, regardless of what theyāre ordering.
This location seems more focused on limiting food and micromanaging portions than on making the customer experience pleasant. And thatās what really ruins it. Itās the kind of place that makes you think twice about coming back, even if itās convenient.
I understand fast food gets busy. Iām not expecting five-star service. But basic consistency, professionalism, and respect shouldnāt be too much to askāespecially from a place I support regularly with my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIv been to chipotle off 288 three times now & I always leave with a bad experience with the staff. A few days after they opened I came in at 10:43 thinking they opened at 10:30 & a woman loudly yelled that they were not open yet. I waited outside for 15 min thinking they opened at 11 but when I went inside there was a line of people. My second experience it felt like the girl looked at me then started carefully measuring out half a spoonful of meat. Made me feel like a criminal lol. This last time was an order with my mobile order. It was my first time trying mobile & no one called out my name nor did the all update to even say my food was being made. After I finally checked with the cashier she went over to the drive through (double checked & did in fact select mobile, NOT drive through), grabbed my order, and seemed to not care my order had been sitting there. I know in the scheme of life these are small things which I try not to sweat but sometimes you have to let it out. The food has been good, the inside was clean enough, itās just the staff makes me feel like they donāt care. If you read this far, I hope you have a...
