So today I went to the Jack in the box to order 4 tacos. 3 egg rolls, a Red Bull infuse wit strawberry. Add blueberry, and the manager named Marchelle. Say, oh, we can't do that. That's misses about inventory. So I asked her, I said, well, ma'am, I've been coming. To hear from ammos, 4 months since this been out and all it is fom. Other jack-in-the-boxes, the same way and showed her receipts. She got mad and say, oh, I'm not about to have this conversation with you because artist comfort confrontation. With you right now? And I asked, well, how can this be a confrontation? If I have receipt, showing that it says strawberry/, but blueberry on it. She was like, well, that messes up. Our art, that mess of our inventory, I say, well, ma'am, when they mess up your inventory, if you you order a Red Bull and have strawberry/, what's the name on that is this? Flavors, not the drink. She got mad and say, oh, this is not how we do it. So I showed her from another store that had the manager name on there and it managed to say, no, it all messes up about my inventory. She said so she is arguing on the phone with the manager. Plus every time you go to this jack-in-a-box. They always like to serve you o tacos. I placed the same order over and over for the last couple of months since I moved to the side of town. Always 6 tacos, 3A Bros. Ain't a red bull infuse why every time you ask them to make you fresh tacos? The tacos be fresh, but if you go through the drive through and ask for the same order, the tacos come out. That's old Whipped cheese and a cheese behold and the latest is Brown. But when you go to other jack-in-the-boxes, the food be fresh, the workers at this Jack, in the box, some of them are good. Some of them are bad. But just bad leadership and I start with the manager. I recommend not going to this restaurant due to the leadership...
Read moreHorrible service. It’s a new location but they might as well close it down. Most of the time you can’t even get service there. Last time I went there the person on drive thru said they were not taking orders because they were short staffed. But the car infront of me got to order and received their food. I pulled up to the window and asked her why was it that I couldn’t place an order and the car in front of me could. Her answer was “ we are short staffed and that was a door dash order “ I pointed out the fact that there was no other car aside from myself at the moment that even short staffed they could still take my order. She then said “ I’m just helping out here I don’t know how to cook burgers “ needless to say it was a horrible experience. But this is not the first time. I have tried giving this place a chance time after time because it’s next to where I live but nothing ever changes. I tried going online and leaving feedback on their website. When you leave feedback it asks you if you want the disctrict manager to reach out to you but they never do. Read moreI stay walking distance to this restaurant, but decided to drive sense it was 11pm this April 22, 2022. When I got there it took 6 minutes to get to the menu board. An Hispanic female greeted me “Wellcome to Jack N the Box can you wait”! I said sure as I checked my watch. While looking at the board I noticed it going on 4 minutes! So I said hello and again she came in the speaker but this time she said “ I said can you wait”! By then I was puzzled by the lack of customer service!!! So I continued to wait so I could speak with someone. I waited another 5 to 7 minutes before I said hello again. That’s when she got rude! An I decided to not purchase anything from here because I was in fear that my food was gonna be tampered with. So I drove up to the window to get a number to call in the morning but that’s when the Hispanic male came to the window & covered the information & told me to leave sense I couldn’t wait. This is very unprofessional! I will make a call to someone but I don’t think neither employee should be there any longer. I will drive 10 miles before I make a 10 minute walk to this store ever again!!! Definitely lost me...
