Whataburger — Restaurant in Houston

WORST. CURBSIDE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. I got curbside before work leaving plenty time to enjoy my meal before I go in. And curbside prior to today has been great across the board here. TODAY I waited 15 minutes in my car on an ASAP order. I went in when I noticed a customer that arrived after me leaving with her large order. Once inside the lady at the counter took her time before addressing me. By this time two other curbsiders had joined me at the counter. The lady asked for my order and I informed her I've been waiting 15+ mins for curbside. She goes to the kitchen to check on my order only to discover it NEVER WAS MADE. She consults a manager Audrey and THIS is where my experience goes from bad to worse. I ask if my order was even made and Audrey rudely replies the lady is "looking" for my order only to tell someone on the line how to make my meal LIKE I CANT HEAR HER. Why lie? It was clear all curbside orders were neglected. In the additional 10+ MINUTES I had to wait as they (in no rush) make my order, others including the curbsider after me got her order, I was now late to work and they stop assisting at the counter because the other curbsider still hadn't been acknowledged! The ONLY reasons I stayed was because I couldn't cancel my order in the app (a feature that should be included) ensuring my refund and I had taken medication that required I eat. When Audrey finally brings out my order, I get no apology, no napkins or condiments, no customer service. Just a brownie thrown in my bag which to a diabetic was not the "sorry for the wait" she thought it was. I left it on the counter while asking someone else for ketchup she didn't bother to ask. I understand it was busy, even expected a little wait but the way management handled my situation once brought to her attention...

I visted this location on April 13, 2024. It was only 2 cars in the drive through. Received my order fairly quickly, so no complaints there. Once arrived home and looked at my food I noticed I only had 3 onion rings for one of my meals, yes 3 (which highly pissed me off). A medium onion ring is suppose to come with 8 onion rings. I feel like if you're going to charge me an additional price to substitute my fries for onion rings then give me the right amount of onion rings. I also notice that I was charge for my daughter's drink on the kids meal. Mind you the kids meals drinks are free and are included in the price. They also left off her cookie. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered.

So I decided to go back up there for my order to be corrected. Once arrived I went back to the young lady who took my order and she had such a nasty attitude. I told her I only received 3 onion rings for my meal and her response was "where does it say you have 3 onions" so I showed her the onion rings I received. I also informed her she charged me for my kids drink, her response "how can you tell" I told her I did the math and tried to play the same order online, which showed me if I chose a fountain drink the price would change. But I ended up receiving the honest kids drink.

I immediately asked for a manager, the young lady rolled her eyes and walked off. Now the manager on duty was very nice. She remade my entire order and upsized the onion rings for the inconvenience. If it wasn't for the manager I would have rated low. I took off 2 stars for the inconvenience of having to drive back and get my food fixed. A paying customer shouldn't have to go through all of this. For 2 meals and a kids meal with 1 apple...

IF I CAN GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. We went through the drive thru second lane and ordered three basic meals at 6:02pm. It took the girl 5 minutes just to cash us out. We were in line for 40minutes( the first car in line). We asked the carhop how much longer on the food. We watched 5 cars leave from the first line and we still haven’t received our food. She comes back and say she doesn’t know they looking for MEAT!!! We handed her the receipt and asked for a refund. She goes back in the building, comes back out to bring two other vehicles behind us their food(people who oredered after us). After she gives them their food, she comes back to our vehicle and said “well do you just want the food, when I walked in there they were bagging your food.” (Let me add she’s talking when her hands and attitude.) we say okay, we get our food and the fries are STALE, the avocado bacon burger as NO bacon, all the patties of meat where torn to pieces on both jr burger and kid meal. THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS RIDICULOUS AND I LEAVE 2 MINUTES FROM THIS LOCATION THERE NO REASON IT SHOULD’VE TAKEN 40 MINUTES TO GET BACK HOME AND THE FOOD WAS OLD AND STALE AND PREPARED INCORRECTLY AND WITHOUT ANY REGARDS TO THE PEOPLE WHO...
