Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Houston

This business just opened up and they had sent coupons to people living in the neighborhood. I had a coupon to redeem for a free chorizo and egg on Dec 8, 2022 so I stopped by after work to get it. However, I was informed that this item is only available during breakfast hours until 10.30am so they can't honor it any more but there was no information at the store or on the coupon to notify customers. The manager is not understanding at all about them being non-informative and isn't willing to honor the coupon for a different item or same breakfast item on a different day. She said it was a loss and that no other customer had an issue with it, implying I am the one who is being unreasonable. The staff was trying to help but the manager had a horrible attitude. When I said it wasn't the $$ but the attitude of the store that I am upset with, she said she would let management know but there is nothing she could do, which I believe is not true at all. It's a simple fix but they chose to be difficult. I had to add this place on Google for them because they are so new but I will also be their first bad review. This location is very discriminate of afro Americans. The Hispanics take cre of Hispanics and be very rude to darker cultures. I wouldn't post such a grievance if this wasn't so consistent. EVERY TIME! I have had to wait every time I go there. The female older Hispanics lady that work the deli area is not friendly at all and she openly show it. I know I'm not the only person w/ this grievance. Just the one bold enough to put this ongoing spread of black discrimination which needs to addressed. EVERY TIME!!! These employees use other people's money and company's time to make their personal decisions to put others at risk of litigation when it's technically the company's fault that hired someone of that character.
