The staff has very nasty attitudes. Everyone in there is Spanish Hispanic, and it's like they are prejudiced. That's how I was treated. First I went through the drive through, and I'm asking a question, about the catina chicken, and it's like the question that I was asking her it was getting on her nerves, I was on a call while I was giving my order. And the person could hear her. they was like, oh she act like she don't want to be bothered. She wants you to hurry up and order and leave. So when I goes on the inside, to speak with management I was not even greeted, he comes around instead of taking my order. Ask me what I wanted to order. He went to the tablet for me to place my order. It was like again I'm getting on your nerves cause I'm asking you a question now as I stand back and observe. When the Hispanic people come in, you greeted them How can I help you? And thank you, you're showing them hospitality, but you're in a predominantly black neighborhood making money and this is how you treat. African American patrons. Read moreRead moreI had a DoorDash order here, yesterday. My order was supposed to be ready 5:28 PM. The order was not prepared and when I simply stated it had not been prepared, the manager not only got mad, he ordered me to leave the establishment. I immediately filed a complaint by calling the District Office and I am following up with them tomorrow. Either he gets some proper training on how to talk to people, or he can quit. I have worked in fast food before and I know how frustrating it can be. But that does not excuse his behavior. I was not trying to be rude or disrespectful. I get it, it was a long day for him and everyone, but he ordered me rudely to leave and his employees just laughed and mocked the situation. I reported him both to the Corporate Number and DoorDash. I will follow up with him tomorrow and make sure either he gets proper training on talking to customers, or he can choose to find another job or quit. I will not spare this behavior. I also am consulting local attorneys and other labor departments. I will make sure he does receive discipline...
Customer service here is absolutely trash the drive through has a fake answering machine taking orders wrong. It got my order wrong I got home realized my order was wrong and called in to state my order was wrong the guy that answered the phone had a horrible attitude I let him know my order was wrong he asked me what was my order number and while I went to get my receipt he hung up the phone I then called back but instead of trying to fix the issue attitude was returned which made me not even want to continue the call I will never return back to this location…… hire new employees that knows how to talk to customers or this location will go...
