Went there on a Tuesday for their special 2-piece. Imagine when I brought back the chicken to school. I was appalled. The chicken looked like it was spicy because it was dark. I ask for regular when I bit into it I had to spit it out. It was hard and very dry. MY biscuit was hard and the jalapenos were sour. I had gone through the drive-thru. I took my order back but I went inside instead and I notice the piles of chicken. There was no one cooking fresh chicken. I told her that I did notice this chicken was cooked twice. I'm a culinary teacher and I know the difference. The cashier looked surprise because I said it outloud. When I did the other employee said oh oh like they knew and were caught. The manager did not argue with me because she knew I was right. I ask her are you cooking this left over chicken she did not deny it. I told her what a shame I use to love their chicken, That is pathetic that it comes down to saving money that they would do this. I got my money back. The manager in a blue shirt took the receipt out of my hand and didnât even say sorry, nothing. Jsut told the workers to make some fries. I was Also missing a drink which she gave me. Then, I asked for sauce and she said it doesnât come with it, itâs extra. I pointed to the menu where the spicy comes with the new spicy sauce. She just walked away and told someone else to get it for me. VERY RUDE FOR NO REASON! Only the manager was the problem everyone else was nice. Then they start speaking spanish and pointing like there talking bad about me in spanish. If we all speaking in english then you have to switch to Spanish that is extremely rude if we having a conversation.
