I love ordering delivery from here, so when we were in the area we thought we’d dine in for the first time. Parking can be difficult outside and seating is just as challenging on the inside. This is a popular spot for people from the community and people who work for the community. It’s a seat yourself type of place which means there’s a chance you won’t be served because they don’t notice you walking in; it’s a big space. We weren’t the only ones either. We heard a table next to us saying they had been trying to get the server’s attention to pay their bill for 20 minutes. That’s what happened to us when we sat towards the back of the restaurant. After being ignored for ten minutes we moved to a booth at the front of the restaurant. We still weren’t acknowledged and after five minutes we finally stopped a waitress who walked past us to ask for menus. They seemed to be understaffed. We both got coffee and water. For my meal I got two eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast. My wife got the breakfast burrito. We enjoyed both of our meals. The over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. I prefer my hash browns to be cooked a little more, but my wife loved them this way. I wasn’t expecting the margarine spread on to the toast in between the slices. Our bill came out to a little over $20.

Frank's Grill is everything the reviews said that it would be! There was a short wait when I arrived. The hostess took my name and number and said they would call when my table was ready. I received the call within 10 minutes. There were plenty of options on the menu to choose from without the variety being too overwhelming. I decided to order a plain waffle, a veggie omelette w/ grits, and an apple juice. The apple juice comes bottled and they provide you with a cup of ice to go with it. The waffle was the perfect mixture of soft and crunchy and the flavor was amazing. The omelette was loaded with veggies and the perfect amount of cheese which I enjoyed. The grits did not come buttered or seasoned, but the texture was perfect and they tasted great after adding a little butter, salt and pepper. Everything was completely satisfying and I left the establishment fat and full!

First time at this location! Finding parking was a bit of a mess, and the plaza could definitely use an update. It had a ‘mom-and-pop’ vibe but on a larger scale. It was a Saturday morning, fairly busy, but we were still seated quickly, even with our large group and the staff was very friendly. Zujey was our server, and she did a phenomenal job. We were a group of 11, and she handled everything efficiently. She was nice, patient, detailed, and attentive. Thank you, Zujey! I ordered the ‘Frank’s Grill Special,’ and it was okay. The food didn’t have much flavor, but I did enjoy the mini waffles and grits. I could appreciate the portion sizing, which was generous without being overwhelming. Overall, I’d rate it 7/10. Thank you, Frank’s Grill, for a good brunch experience!

Unsanitary and disgusting. Yesterday (5/14/19) at around 11am, I had brunch here with my friend and her son. There were not a lot of people there. We seated ourselves and when the waiter came to our table, she did not speak. She took her time coming to take our orders. After she put our orders in, she sat down on the bar stools and began eating. I noticed then that 3 other servers were standing in the kitchen service area eating between serving plates. The waiter for the table across from us was still chewing her food as she brought the people's plates to their table. Not one of them washed their hands and all of them went back to eating and talking while the plates were being prepared. After making a comment about it, our server put one plastic glove on her left hand to serve our plates. Our orders were incorrect as well. We will not be returning. That is just...
